Wahoo! Looks fantastic. Was hoping for more stadiums in the bigger leagues, but I am not disappointed as I mostly play BPL anyway. Glad they didn't remove QPR, Hull, or Burnley.

Can't wait for 16

Fratton Park is a nice surprise, definitely didn't see that one coming. Also nice to see the relegated teams keeping their stadiums, this bodes well for the eventual inclusion of a bunch of Championship sides.

More MLS stadiums would have been cool (Providence Park and Stubhub Center next year, please EA?), but you can't have everything I suppose.

That is good news but man what are EA doing with those La Liga stadiums. I would have expected to at least see the San Mamés or Sevilla's stadiums by now.

I agree mate I would be a lot more frustrated if I played those leagues more.

Although with that said, perhaps the reason I don't play them more is due to the lack of stadiums, branding, etc.

With MLS gaining popularity, I was quite surprised to see the MLS not get more love as well.

Hoping for more than this, but at least they did not remove stadiums, haha. I like playing in BPL anways.

I've been saying this for years now, but what FIFA really needs is more smaller, generic stadiums. I believe the smallest is Aloha Park at around 10,000 capacity, which just doesn't work for League One or League Two sides that feature parks way under half that capacity.

Give us a 2,500 seater complete with rickety stands and a worn-out pitch, that's what FIFA is missing.

huh. I think theres a whole long line of League 2 to the EPL careers who will be using Portsmouth this year.

pretty cool.

Sad niether the Spanish nor Italian leagues got any new stadiums. At least Milan's stadium is real (until the new stadium is built in three years.)

So why did EA get that exclusive license for Spanish league stadiums again? PES 2013 had all 20 licensed stadiums for La Liga, EA felt threatened so they got an exclusive license for La Liga stadiums so PES couldn't have them, (mainly the Camp Nou and Santiago Bernabeu) and 3 years later, FIFA only has 4 La Liga stadiums. Very petty of EA, very petty. As much as I like FIFA, BS like this make me not want to support them.

This, it is really sad.

Wow, I really dislike EA's practices.

Really, really disappointed with them only adding 9 stadiums. I figured last year a precedent was set by them adding 12 Premier League stadiums, and I had hopes this year we'd get a ton of Bundesliga or La Liga stadiums.

If anything, a ton more generic stadiums would've been awesome.

this list is garbage. 1 Bundesliga, 0 la liga, 0 serie A.

this ^. such trash that La Liga has continued to get blocked out by EA. the most dominant league in Europe for the last decade to the point that EA buys up their rights... only to sit on them in favor of making sure that Watford gets their stadium done with laser precision. meanwhile Sevilla, Villareal, Athletic club, etc play in generic stadiums but will be making serious waves in Euro play all year.

Some may call it petty. Others would call it business. As you said, it was mainly about getting Camp Nou and Santiago Bernabeu. They got that, and took the league exclusive at the same time. 4 is better than none, which is what PES has, and people who are into La Liga are probably going to go with Fifa based partially on this. Sounds like a sound business move for EA.

Carrow Road is going to be a blast to play in....

Norwich manager mode confirmed.

A sound business move that hurts the consumers. Yeah, I'm not patting them on the back for that, lol.

In a lot of ways it's too bad the budget and organizational scheme of the FIFA team doesn't allow for more stadiums implemented year to year. The NCAA Football series had fantastic, detailed stadiums, for nearly all of the 120 teams near the end. I'm not slagging the series or EA—just surprised there isn't some better tech or even workflow for this sort of thing.

I just don't understand how one year you can create around, what? 15 new stadiums for the Premier League, and then the next it goes down to 9?

Nice list. I appreciate the team continuing relegated BPL stadium licenses and adding Portsmouth to boot. I'd like to see more MLS stadia added. Seattle is a good addition; however, I'd like to see KC's and LA's stadiums added too. Columbus would be a good one too.

Portsmouth probably needed the money so they got an exclusive deal.
