F1 2015 News Post

Codemasters posted the first gameplay teaser trailer for F1 2015 this morning. You can get a look at the trailer embedded below, and we've also grabbed from screenshots from the trailer, which are also embedded below.

The trailer features some of the venues you will be racing at as well as some close up shots in rain-slicked, day and night environments. It's a quick tease so you will want to watch it a couple times to squeeze out all the details you can.

F1 2015 will release on July 21, 2015 on Xbox One, PS4 and Steam.

UPDATE: Codemasters sent updated info, the release date is now set for July 21, 2015.

Very impressive. The new consoles see the game make a big jump visually.
Interested to see if the pit lane interviews actually take place or whether they're just a visual thing. I suspect the latter.

Hopefully there is an update about this soon. The head dev for PCars has hinted that it may happen soon for PS4

It was discussed here on Reddit:http://www.reddit.com/r/pcars/comments/36favh/logitechwheel_support_coming_to_project_cars_on/
but it looks like the link to the original post on the PCars forum isn't working now. It was basically the head of SMS replying to a question about Logitech support by saying "keep calm and check back here for news soon".

There's also this:
http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/2015-05-22-is-this-the-new-logitech-wheel-for-the-playstation-4

From what I heard previously, the reason that Logitech wheels didn't work on PS4 was that as Logitech no longer made wheels, they didn't want to pay the new licensing fee for PS4. If they are now making a new wheel, you'd hope that whatever they have agreed with Sony would cover existing wheels rather than just the new one.

Can only wait and see I guess.
