The Golf Club: March Update Is Now Live, Patch Notes to Arrive Monday

The crew at The Golf Club posted an update on the status of the major March update.

	"Lots of people are asking when the March Update is coming. As I�ve said previously, the build was actually finished and submitted to Sony and Microsoft a number of weeks ago but because of the process of getting the concept for the disk version through we had to wait before pushing the March update build into testing. Sony have passed the update build in both Europe and North America but Microsoft had a few issues at their end and we couldn�t submit until today. This will unfortunately result in delaying the update for everyone. Normally we�d have released the PC and PS4 versions anyway but since this update is a major Greg Norman Course Designer update, we�re unable to do that as any courses published in Harvest Theme, with fences, walls or steps would crash the Xbox One build. However, now that it�s being tested I�m hoping for a quick turnaround � so hopefully you�ll see it early next week."

The major update will include a new theme and items for courses. We'll post some impressions of the new update when it goes live soon!

Update: The update went live a little earlier than expected and is now available. Good news! Patch notes will arrive on Monday.

It's the March update that's mentioned above. They pushed it early. Need to change the article now haha.

Yeah Microsoft contacted me while I was at dinner with friends to say it had passed. Panic ensued as I rang around madly to get it pushed out for the weekend. This meant no formal patch notes but I'll post them Monday
