Are Buggies Coming to Driveclub?

Are buggies on their way to Driveclub? While the article on PlayStation.Blog Japan (translated post here) doesn't specifically mention anything about the buggies, they definitely have them featured in the screenshots. Hopefully we hear something more official soon.
