While we wait until this weekend to find out more details about MLB 15 The Show, the team will reveal the cover and cover athlete on Friday, December 5th.

Currently, they are conducting Twitter polls for the best MLB The Show covers that have been released over the years.

What I would really hope for is the same principle as batters to be applied to pitchers: left right splits for h/9, hr/9, bb/9 & k/9.

Not only that but just better ambassadors for the game itself, imo. Both are truly class guys.

As a Giants fan, I'd be actually fine with either Trout or Kershaw. But Puig?!? Ack.

Yeah it's really weak IMO. Considering how great Kershaw, Bum and some others were last season ad I love Buster Posey. Such a great player and he just screams baseball. Stanton would have been awesome too.

The cover boy always seems to bring out passionate conversation. Like the person on the cover determines the amount of work that went into the game.

Just remember some of these players have zero interest doing this or they want such an insane amount of money it makes them a non option.

I'm cool with Puig being the cover guy. I think they could find a more interesting pose for him, though, than just standing there pointing upwards.

Not that I really care much. I didn't even remember who the 2014 cover guy was until I read through this thread.
