New Courts Available Now in NBA 2K15 For Cavs, Pelicans, Kings, Nets, 76ers & Nuggets

The new courts, which were scheduled to arrive for NBA 2K15 before the regular season tips off, are already here. This update includes new courts for the Cleveland Cavaliers, New Orleans Pelicans, Sacramento Kings, Brooklyn Nets, Philadelphia 76ers and Denver Nuggets.

These should be available for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One (no word on PC yet), per 2K. It doesn't appear to be an addition for old-gen consoles.

I'm not one to complain about courts looking a little off but how did they manage to forget to include the Cleveland text in the bottom right of the Cavaliers' court and instead put Quicken Loans Arena in its place? I can understand the color being a little off because I can't imagine how difficult it is to design these courts and have it look good but how they'd miss that big text? Odd to me. I guess it's not that big of a deal but it'd be nice if it were fixed it as soon as they can.

They decided to just not write Cleveland. More laziness by 2K and their pompous rushing attitude shows in their work.

On the ps4 when I load the game it's telling me there's new content available but I'm not seeing where to load it (checked DL'd and notifications but don't see anything) where should I look?

I thought the NBA said that the way Cleveland has the court set up is "illegal" and it must be changed by the time the season starts. Is that still in effect or did the NBA change its mind?

I'm downloading a 940MB file now, does this include the online/gameplay patch thing or this is just a court update?

Nice to see they got these in so quickly before the season starts. Really hope they can fix the Warriors court as well. The yellow is way off.

hah..I literally just played a stretch in my Suns franchise at Cleveland, Brooklyn and New Orleans! I like the touch they added in the paint for the Pelican's court.

2k should really be ashamed of themselves with the way the courts, stadiums, shoes look. Its really pathetic. Will never buy a console game from them. Pc only, its only a matter of time before us modders crack the file format and off to modding. Their gameplay is outstanding, but without having the total immersion of arena specific lighting, correct courts... it gets old fast. The other game really tromped 2k in this area again. Hopefully next yr we get two basketball games for PC. The wood texture in those screen look horrendous.

I'm also disappointed that the word Cleveland isn't on the court, but would that screw up the playoffs logo that's on the floor? Just a thought as to why it's not in the game. Maybe the playoffs logo and Cleveland word were on top of each other.

They could have still put the other Quicken Loans logo where it actually is supposed to go though.

What did they change with the Sixers? The paint was wrong for years and they finally fixed it this year. I don't think it was touched in the actual update though to my knowledge.

Unfortunately, it looks as though these aren't automatically uploaded into your current MyGM (at least not for me). When I check the updated courts with the 'quick game' feature they're there. In my existing MyGM mode, they're not updated.

I'm only 12 games in but that still kinda sucks to have to start over. I hope this isn't the way their going to do all their patches.
