Finally, I’ll note that the controls are much more responsive. Input lag has been greatly reduced if not eliminated, though at first touch I’d say NBA 2K still feels tighter. Fast breaks do feel a bit too frequent and easy to run right now, though.
it looks like EA sport is about to make the GREATEST leap ever in basketball game quality in one year. YEAH better than live 09 and live 10.
If they do it I think they can reclaim the sentence EA IT'S IN THE GAME
The comment about controls and responsiveness has me excited. Give the control back to user. Animations are great, but when the input lag is horrible and I have to wait for an animation to finish is irritating.
Must've missed the last part the first time I listened...
Definitely hope they didn't overdo it on fast breaks...and I wonder about the opportunities in the control area are that he mentioned . As much control as you had in Live 10 it lead to some impossible combinations...it was also hard to take angles..you were a little over reliant on crossing over to beat your defender...
I'm excited for live to have an improvement like it had when live 10 came out. Now let's admit nba 2k10 was better then live 10 however both games had their strengths and if you bought love it's not like you got a horrible basketball game. All I want is a competitive game in the market and this is looking to be the year.
I feel this is the year live returns to being fun and competitive also. The more I read from credible sources who have played the game and not from people who have not even played it, I can't help but get a little excited to play a good Live game again. Really happy to hear that the players emotions have really been captured well. It says they even show fatigue on their faces this year. The 28th can't come fast enough. Hopefully some sort of demo soon.
