ok I still get confused on how Donny rates players.... Taylor Gabriel started out a 58 in the orig roster's... now he's a 65 that's 7 points in 3 week's.

last week against the ravens he had 2 catches 81 yards
against saints he had 3 catches 13 yards
against steelers he had 1 catch for 5 yards

meanwhile Andrew Hawkins who most said has been our best wr this yr started out a 77 and is a 79

8 catches for 87 yards against steelers
6 catches 70 yards against saints
8 catches for 87 yards against ravens

so that's 6 catches 99 yards vs 22 catches 244 yards.

so a 7 point boost vs a 2 point boost in 3 weeks? when Hawkins has had the better games?

so much for how the players perform each week I mean even Austin has had better stats he's even gotten into the endzone a few times.

I think Luck deserves to be higher since he is third in passing yards and first in TDs with a 100+ passer rating. Should at least be 91. I think Matt Ryan deserves to be a bit higher too.

Did they add Gronks sleeve?

Lower ALL attributes with more realistic gain. Getting a player to 99 overall should be next to impossible over a whole career, let alone 2 to 3 seasons.

Shame they decided to drop Robert Quinn so soon. Rams lose their LDE Chris Long for 2 months due to ankle surgery, and he is a player that can achieve 10 sacks or so a season still. It wasn't like Quinn wasn't going to see more double teams after last season's breakout performance (19 sacks), but with no Long, it just makes it worse for Quinn.

Still though, it's not like Quinn has degraded as a player, he is only 24 and isn't even close to having peaked (still learning technique). His ceiling is sky high at his young age. He was 97 overall before I believe, but I guess his temporary lack of sacks these past few games contributed to the drop. Oh well, already started my CFM, so it's all good.

Kind of like how they drastically over-hyped Johnny Manziel's ratings, right? Achieved Superstar development in-game (all hype), and hadn't even thrown one pass in a real NFL game.

I do agree with your statement though.

Cause the other guy is so low stat wise they are still trying to find his baseline. If a 90 Overall WR had 3 Tds in game and the a 65 overall does the same obviously the worse guy is going to see a huge increase compared to the 90 overall.

Another huge problem with this weekly rating changing. To say Robert Quinn has gotten worse in anyway is hilarious. He's probably even better than last year if you believe in experience.

the only thing Donny really increased on him is awr he started out at 47 he's now at 55 he has good stats for just about every other stat alot of his stats he's in the upper 90's for already.

I have all the rosters and just went through and checked all his stats.

they can't fix that in a roster update... that would need a patch to do so.

-5 sounds about right, if Moore is just going to keep degrading players solely on week-to-week performances... hell, why not -10?!

Im not sure how Moore comes up with his rating updates but they are ridiculous , E.Sanders got an upgrade and i agree with that because he played really well against SEA , but why in the hell he got +Spectacular catch is beyond me , none of his catches were spectacular or highlight worthy against SEA .

He's just focused on overall so he gives all major attributes a slight bump to get the desired overall rating. I'm convinced he watches stats not film.
