NBA 2K15 Introduces NBA2K TV

2K has just announced NBA2K TV, exclusively for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC. Check out the video with sports broadcast personality Rachel A DeMita and cover athlete Kevin Durant and leave your thoughts.

2K today introduced NBA2K TV, an innovative, player-focused, in-game broadcast program coming to the next-generation and PC versions of NBA� 2K15, the next installment of the top-selling and top-rated NBA video game simulation franchise*. Hosted by sports broadcast personality Rachel A DeMita, NBA2K TV will be the source for NBA 2K community news by delivering compelling game-related programming and giving dedicated NBA 2K players a voice in the content of each show.

NBA 2KTV�s on-demand show format will also showcase content from the most popular gameplay features dictated by fans of NBA 2K15. I wish there was a crew mode.. I guess MyPark could be better than it was last year but I'm not getting my hopes up.

This is awesome. Beyond having a TV show talking about the features and stuff, it's nice to see that they're going to talk about the community and what they're doing too. It's intuitive and potentially a way to give back to actually playing the game by feeling immersed in what you're doing. I like the immersion factor of having all these different features that amp up the presentation of not just the gameplay but the game itself.

As for people downplaying it due to the servers. 2K have already said they dispatch different tasks for different teams. Whether online servers are fixed or not has nothing to do with this because they more than likely have a team working on online, compared to a team specifically designed to put this together.

Simce teamup was broken in 14 next gen i had to sit thru side to side contact square spamming paint camping ' active hands 85% made contestested 3's postoriser abusing arcade players with no nba rules refs f fouls or any stanima penalty to speak off.Im excited about the new features but without a solid sim team game i can play with your friends i may be forced to pick up a used copy for last gen. Time to dig out the ps3?

It's just so disappointing too I've been waiting on Crew mode since they took out in 2K13 and they finally bring it back but only on last-gen?! Like is 2K serious.. I don't care what anyone says Crew mode was the #1 most played mode and we can't even get tha ton next-gen instead they add stupid stuff like this man.

Interesting feature here, not overly excited about this feature but I don't knock it at all, I'll probably watch a few episodes here and there though.

Off-Topic a bit, to those worried about online modes not being touched because it's not being on the main menu. I highly doubt that is the final build main menu select screen and even if it is, 2K I am sure has done a great deal for Online players as well this year.

2K has definitely done an amazing job in creating this game this year. I will give them their props, they are out doing themselves this year and I know I will once again be a owner of yet another NBA 2K title.....dang 2K you're just taking all my earnings....

I just wanna hoop. This game is shaping up to be th REAL leap to next-generation sports gaming. I hope the on ball defense can be adjusted or something as that is a top 3 problem I had with 2k14. Good Bells and whistles though so far.

This is interesting. If anyone remembers "The Extra Point" from Madden a few years back, it has that feeling to me. It's going to be more miss than hit in this first full year, but I like the ambition. I really hope they add a "Top Ten 2K Plays Of the Week" thing IF they managed to fix their servers and such. I think having the ability to show off sick slams/moves/exciting game finishes would be HUGE in growing the community and interconnecting everyone.

As for KDs acting ... you know, he was better than the girl IMO. He's not winning any awards but his facepalm/shake of head pretty much confirmed to me even he knew how cheesy it looked.

You mean 2k11. But yea im definitely getting the ps3 version of 2k15 this year. I cant deal with another year of the park, might try the ps4 version at redbox or something down the road. dont get me wrong, i loved playing teamup on 2k14 on hof sim but i'd rather play crew because of leaderboards and stats. plus i've been waiting on that mode for 3-4 years. but as far as this nba 2k tv, looks ok i guess. not a gamechanger imo
