I forgot the guys name (Navas?) I think he was the Costa Rican Goalie in the World Cup. Isnt he supposed to be really good?

Navas was Goal's la liga keeper of the year while at Levante.

Looks like EA has handcuffed themselves, with Navas at Madrid now and behind Casillas for the time being they rated him too low. Close to equal to Casillas would be more appropriate. I say 83 would be right just off the WC and his athleticism and verve.

My guess? He will be a 77 or 78.

Muslera's absence is just flat out puzzling. Also you could buy him in CM last year under 5, get him to an 86 or 87 and sell him off for 30 mil.

Navas getting after it

Not that I agree with this list, but you know a team has an embarrassment of riches when it's starting AND backup goalkeepers come in at #2 and #3 respectively (Chelsea).

Tim Howard is top 5. and casillas sucks

I honestly feel Tim Howard got shafted on this one. He should be top 10 off of his ability. I know he's getting older, but wow.

I mostly agree with everyone's criticisms, but sometimes WC goalkeeper performances are overrated. Remember Toni Meola? Algeria's keeper had a great 14 WC and he was second choice at his Bulgarian club. Ochoa hasn't won the the Malaga job either yet.

I say this at the risk of it being discredited due to who I support, but I don't know how Szczesny couldn't even come in at #20.

One thing is sure, these people that are rating are caucasian -there is no doubt- and they just watch the Euro leagues. I am from Spain, don't get me wrong, but the prepotence of theist is just too much. It almost felt like they ask a somebody from FoxNews.

A little respect for the best goalkeeper in the last ten years. He has been going dow just in the last year. Actually his performance in the Champions League was great, although in the WorldCup and the beginning of La Liga is showing he is not the same anymore

dont get me wrong he was my favorite non american Goalkeeper , but he has lost most of his confidence he should still be in his prime. I hope he does regain form.

Iker is way to high.

Buffon is a little bit to high.

There's no way Tim Howard is that high.

His kicking lets him down so I assume that's why he doesn't make it into the top 20. His kicking was only 68 or 70 on the last game so that will affect his overall somewhat.

Buffon can never be rated too highly.

Howard gets a nice improvement which is deserved.

I mostly agree with the list to be honest. But again, it's just a list of highest overall ratings, which are a combination of many things.
