NBA Live 15 News Post

EA Sports has just released their NBA Live 15 improved visuals trailer. They have also released the NBA Live 15 features list.

Let us know what you think!

Lights, Camera, Action
We’re doubling down on visuals with an all-new scanning and lightning technique for the most photo-realistic player models in franchise history. Add into the mix player specific body types and contextual emotional responses and you will truly feel like you’re in the action.

Real-Time Physics in the Paint
Feel the impact of real-time physics on every drive, post move and collision in the most trafficked area on the court. 100+ new animations make it possible for something unpredictable and amazing to happen on every play. Scoring has been amped up with 3x the variety of dunks, layups and signature shots as you impose your will on your opponent with physicality you can feel.

Ultra-Responsive Controls
Passing, shooting and dribbling will feel snappier the moment you pick up the sticks. Freestyle Passing takes your assist game to the next level with no looks, behind the backs, and more. An all-new shot feedback system teaches you how to successfully get buckets, measuring three key factors in real-time to determine shot quality. Enhancements to bounceTek allow you to make cuts and change momentum on a dime, giving you the ability to create space and pull off devastating skilled dribble moves on the run.

Smarter AI & Transition Game
New AI logic drives all 10 players to move with intent and purpose while displaying greater off-ball awareness, adjusting as every play develops. Add in a smooth transition game as well as real-world offensive sets and defensive schemes and you’ve got 48 minutes and 94 feet of end-to-end, dynamic gameplay.

Defense Is Fun
New defensive systems make it easier to contain your man by using just the left stick. Contextual physicality, bumps and jostles, in addition to a new shot blocking system, delivers simplicity in controls helping you make that big defensive stop when your team needs it most.

That was amazing. Graphics looked amazing, animations looked smooth and saw real time collisions for dunks! Worth the wait.

Collisions and physics look nice too

Wow, for that to be a visuals trailer, I definitely see that! I'm more than sure that song is on the soundtrack too! Nice EA. Want to get a feel for the game now.

I saw some things that I liked in there and I saw some things I didn't like. That LeBron looks better than 2k's last year. That's saying something. Seems like the jerseys have a little too much movement though. Looking forward to seeing gameplay either way.

Westbrooks 3 point celebration was so on point!

I don't see how you can't be impressed by that trailer. The attention to detail is STUNNING. And the improvements they've made this year are easy to see in that video alone. Keep it coming EA...

Looks good visually, but it still seems to move a little awkward (maybe that's just a Live thing). We won't really know how it is until they release extensive gameplay (doubt it), or whenever they drop that trial. It's funny because it seems like most of their player models are "jacked" like 2K models use to be. We are too far in tech knowledge and such for this game's animation to not blend well together. Hoping for the best.

These " shows of emotion" have been in 2k for a while but glad EA finally added them to live

Visuals, body-types, and emotions look much improved. Things definitively look night and day from Live 14. All they need to do now is continue to push the limits and market this game right and they should be ok. I've invested more into this franchise then the over throughout the past years, so I want them to succeed. Hopefully people give them a chance if the product is worth looking forward to, which it does with this short video that just came out.

The game looks great, graphics, emotions, the skin tones, and the shoes look realistic! I love how their DWade looks!

My only gripe - the animation seems unnatural. It reminds me of Live 14.
The arms/limbs seem stiff.

1st thing that jumped out at me. This is one thing most sports games fail at. Giving you an accurate variety of players shapes and sizes. Like what I saw EA has done some work. This is what you do when you put out an inferior product and your rep is on the line.

This game looks pretty dope to me. Visuals are great. Players still look pretty stiff to me though.

I feel like this will be a legitimate iteration. I think I'll be buying eventually.

Wow!! I mean some of this faces are straight dead on. That Derozan screen at the beginning is nasty. Also, LeBron looks dead on. I'm so pumped for this game after seeing that. If you slowed it down you could see their new Collision engine at work. It may not be perfect but damn if this doesn't look like a huge change from 14. Shoe game is on point again, some of this areas looked great and dat Rondo doe... WTF, don't act like you haven't already seen most of this haha.

Ok, that's AMAZING!
Hope the game will be good to play! Nice work EA!
