I was a huge fan of Hulkamania growing up but this just screams "meh" to me. There really is nothing that stands out about this that would force me to pay an extra $40 for it. I would have expected at least a Hulks greatest matches DVD or maybe an old school Hulk bandanna.

Sounds cool but $99.99??? Sorry, I am sure that we will be able to have access to the 2 exclusive Hogan and Sting characters at some point, so I'll pass.

Well, the Sting characters are available to anyone that pre-orders.

The fact that the Hogan characters are listed as a "pre-order launch exclusive" makes me wonder if they'll be a GameStop exclusive, since they usually get an extra pre-order bonus.

I was REALLY hoping it would be a Sting edition. I'm not a big Hogan fan at all really.

WWE Game pre-order characters are always released as DLC for everyone about 2 months after release.

While, like everyone else, I do question if this is really worth the extra $40, I do think it's a better collector's edition than the Undertaker & Austin ones that they've done the past two years.

I feel like you're actually getting a cool collector's item with the piece of the ring canvas, as opposed to I think I remember last year you got like one disc of a three disc DVD set, or something like that.

Well I don't know if 2K will employ the current model. But from Smackdown vs Raw 2011 it has been employed so there is a good chance it will be. Didn't 2K release the All-Star Weekend DLC for 2K13 as a Pre-Order bonus then it got a standalone release

You get the 2 sting characters already from preordering the game (global preorder bonus), and the Hogan ones will be most likely be DLC a few months after. But the bonus stuff seems a little bit better than the 2k14 Phenom Edition bonuses imho.

i can't remember what WWE 13's preorder bonus was but it wasn't 2k13, 2ks first WWE game was 2k14, before that it was THQ.

I was talking about NBA 2K13. But WWE'13 had Mike Tyson as pre-order DLC who was later packaged into WWE'13 when 2K republished the game when they acquired the license.

The vinyl figure looks cool though, wonder if they have those for other superstars

Might depend on what the two Hogan characters are but he's my favorite of all time so I'm in.

They do. I've seen a Sheamus one, and a Punk one. I'm sure there are others too.

Amazon has the following: Shaemus, Steve Austin, The Rock, CM Punk, John Cena and Rey Mysterio. Most of them you can get for under $10.

Look in the pic in the OP - they show you the two Hogans in the lower left.

Any chance that this game will come to the PC?

There has been no mention of it anywhere that I've seen, so I am guessing it will not make its way to PC.
