The Show is quite different in it's appearance. The screenshots for a game like Madden look great. However, that amount of detail isn't in the gameplay itself, only in the replays. When watching a game of Madden, you'd never confuse it with real life. The Show, on the other hand, can not be mistaken for real life in a screenshot, but the gameplay can be. The detail and player movements are so smooth and exact.

pretty looking though. Can't wait to see this game in motion.

IMO I think the show needs a good tweaking or maybe even an overhaul in player models to take it over the top

Once player models make the official leap forward on NG, this game will be un-rivaled by any game graphically speaking.. But based on the few shots we've seen, there has been only lighting effects updated on the models.. Which is why the jerseys look slightly, but not much better.

Green Monster at Fenway WAY OFF in color. Maybe the new lighting that Ramone talked about will darken it to its proper color. Agree with previous poster. Color looks like Marlins Park, not Fenway. Happy for all you PS3 folk. Waiting to see something impressive for PS4.

That's what I was saying a few days ago. It looks neon colored and the signage looks to bright. So far, every distance shot I've seen of Fenway looks better on last years version than these new "built from the ground up" versions.

Yeah I think it should be couple of shades darker. Although, there are times it's looked that bright in real life...

For the majority of the time though, or in person, it's not that bright.

You beat me too it. It only looks bright during day games. ton of images out there on google where you can see the difference in a game during the day and one at night

I never got a chance to re-take our initial screens the Fenway wall color is pretty close to the real one in our current builds. However depending on the time of day cloud cover and angle that wall can be a lot of different colors.

Man I just played an AlCS game at Fenway in 13 last night looking at Fenway in those shots is like night and day looks pretty dope

Yeah, in the picture released a few months ago, the color seemed spot on. i'm sure it's a lighting thing.

Have you seen any of the other pictures posted in this thread? People have posted the real Fenway Park during period of intense light from the sun and the wall was just as bright there as it is in these screenshots.

The jerseys definitely need work but I'm sure it will come eventually.

I really want to see the scripts and logos improved and the material to be more realistic. No more flat script colours please unless on teams that have it. This pic is a good example of the dazzle material I'd like to see. NBA2k does it very well.

It does look a little like they have just dropped the ps3 models into new stadiums as someone else said.

I can't wait to see the game in motion though. I'm sure it will look fantastic
