NBA 2K14 Patch #3 Submitted - Gameplay & Various MyPlayer Issues to be Addressed

2K Sports has submitted NBA 2K14 patch #3 for both Xbox One and PlayStation 4. According to Ronnie Singh, the patch will have a mixture of gameplay improvements and fixes for technical issues, including various MyPLAYER cases.

Let's hope we get some official patch notes before it releases this time.

If you are talking about when the sound starts to reverb and go nuts then I have had this happen with NBA2K14 and BF4 so not sure it is a 2K problem.

Tried to locate it but does anyone know if this patch will address the league being taken over by undrafted rookies in the second season? I just checked the rookie leaderboard on my myCareer and 6 of the 10 leading rookies were undrafted. One of them is fourth in the NBA in scoring. They are taking starting jobs away from real players in droves. It kinda ruins the experience when after the first season your playing a bunch of made up guys every game.

They pushed the last one through and given all of the high reviews out their it's pretty unfair that a patch to make critical aspects of the game functional is bs. I can only imagine a parent or family member who celebrates Hannukah or Christmas early with their kids and picks this game as the one or two to give. Sony and Microsoft have to both test the patches. If it takes longer then that might mean they have found defects before we experience them. So im all for it taking four weeks if the game is still crashing.

Yes. It won't remove those players from your existing save, but the "start-of-mode undrafted rookies being picked up via Free Agency" won't happen on any new MyCAREERs.

Are you allowed to let us know If we need to restart our mycareer? I think it's something that many of us want to know. No one wants to play for no reason. Though I don't see how player morale and stupid crazy trading sprees by GM's can be fixed in an existing game mode.

I'm afraid to advance torwards the end of November which is when the craziness begins, lol.

Im starting a new one when the patch is out just to make sure i have no more problems saved up a lot of VC now its just annoying to wait

Great news, can you expand at all on those fixes, or will there be patch notes with this one once released?

Hoping I can have decent 6th men and role players across the league while keeping morales in good shape!

I ve just played 2 matches (12 min quarters). Been halfway through through the 4th and the game has just taken me back to the homescreen.

Im about ready to snap this disc in 2.

The torso/leg length is just one slider. The only thing I've noticed is that the longer legs seems to switch the player to have a wider stance. Other than that it works perfectly for me.

Any comments on saving rosters to the HDD, like on current gen? Also using custom rosters in MyCareer?

Are there any MyTEAM changes? Specifically the fact that the only stat that matters for getting 3 stars in domination is blocks?

Or how a person can get 4500 MT points for starting a RTTP game and then letting the timer run out, when the other person clicks quit?

Am I the only one praying to the accessories god for them to put in the hex psd mid calf sleeves to put on your my player when they patch the accessories shop back in
