NBA 2K14 Roster Update Available Now For Xbox One and PS4

The updated NBA 2K14 roster update for Xbox One and PS4 is available now.

The same issues with Luigi Datome and Vitor Faverani on current-gen have appeared on next-gen consoles as well, with the wrong profile picture.

The recent trade of Derrick Williams from the T-Wolves to the Kings is included, as well as updated kicks from various players in the league.

To get the latest roster, simply go to Quick Game and hit the "Y" (triangle for PS4) button, make sure the Official 2K Sports Roster is highlighted and hit the "A" (X for PS4) button. It should auto-download. You can't save the file to the hard drive, from what we are hearing, users won't be able to until patch #3.

Yep. Probably will be yet another week before this Rudy Gay trade is recognized. Shame. Next gen should = daily updates! Bar none, for all sports titles!?! That goes for rosters, ratings, lineups, appearance, equipment, etc. If you are going to limit then at least make a worthwhile and honest effort on your part!

These ratings and rosters are a complete joke.

One example: Ronnie Brewer a 73ovr?!? I didn't even know he was on the Rockets? To put that in perspective...other SG's: Lance Stephenson (74ovr), Gerald Henderson (74ovr), Ben Gordon (76ovr? Maybe 5yrs ago!), Alex Burks (72ovr), Nick Young (72ovr), Wayne Ellington (72ovr?), Danny Green (73ovr), Marco Belinelli (66ovr?), Kent Bazemore (70ovr, his maxed out bench celebration rating must help him?!?), Martell Webster (68ovr?). Brewer is too high, or these other guys are too low!!! A couple are very underrated IMO.

A few of the other blatant overrated (by 5pts or more):

It took them a month to update the rosters.. i doubt they'll rush out an update within a day because of the Rudy Gay trade. (jersey numbers)

Yep, sure do, just like the STATs inc feature was advertised, and ratings, tendencies, trends, teams playbooks/play styles would be updated constantly. Don't know fellas, judging by the already slow updates, crazy ratings and very minor tendencies updates it looks like the same old 2KInsider update, instead of living roster dynamic STATsInc update.....

I hate the new 2K roster management system! the only way to edit a roster, rotations and accessories yourself is to go to create roster and edit a downloadable roster.. THERE IS NO OFFLINE ROSTER FILE MANAGEMENT! I miss this from last gen! It as much easier! Why did they strip the Next-gen game down so much!

It's still crazy to me that we can't even turn off injuries for offline quick games and use whatever players we want.

Guys don't waste your time with this update unless you want to be pissed off. Just what he tweeted is the only main thing done to the roster. No added guys, Roger Mason still on FA list and Chandler Parsons still hurt just a couple a quick things I noticed.

Exactly I doubt any players tendencies or teams playstyles have been updated to reflect what's currently going on in the season.

Thanks for the compliment and support! However, I'm going to have to wait on patch #3 before I invest any significant time to this game. I hate saying that, but that's how I feel at the moment.

They did but it's not going to happen. I don't know why they just don't hire one of the community guys to do rosters. I'm sure most would do it for free or at worst a free copy of the game is all they would want.
