It's a shame considering the positive praise this game has received before it's actual release. That video shows the obvious improvements but the fact that it doesn't add to the custom roster aspect of the game is a bigger negative than 2K realise.

I noticed that there wasn't an option to pick position, height, weight, or any of that. I'm assuming that's on another screen somewhere?

WOW this is a huge disappointment if there really is no CAP outside of MyPlayer, I am a big association mode player (not really a big fan of MyPlayer) and I like being able to edit draft classes. I love everything else, graphics, gameplay, etc. but come on 2K...

CAPs actually look stellar from what i've seen during some streams but not being able to customize the occasional 50 year old looking guy sucks.

my rainbow 6 vegas 1 face was eerily real - I wish companies went back to letting us scan our own faces.

23 is TINY, I'm surprised they didn't take players faces and divide them into 3 from the NBA - they did that in nfl 2k5, so new players would look unique because they were actually the combination of 3 real nfl players.

So since they took the time to scan all those guys, they could at least find plausible/working combinations along with the generics to create X1000 more possibilities.

Either way it is a good thing that they at least look GOOD
