NBA 2K14 Roster Update Adds Luigi Datome, Ian Clark, Nick Calathes & Dionte Christmas

2K Sports released another NBA 2K14 roster update this morning, which includes the additions of Luigi Datome, Ian Clark, Nick Calathes and Dionte Christmas.

Similar to the last roster update (where some players had the wrong portrait image), Luigi Datome has an image of Antonis Fotsis (as seen above).

In addition to the roster update, 2K Sports added Julius "Dr. J" Erving to the 1985 classic 76ers squad. He was added previously to the 1977 squad.

Sigh........... By the time they include all the right players, nba 2k15 would be out. Seriously i am in a jam now. I dont play my cg 2k because

1. I cant update my roster because they will add jerseys and players in the future and i cannot use those unless i wait.

2.missing shoes that they promised like li nings

3.next gen.

The roster update is moving as slow as my commodore when i played oregon trail on it the other day.

Dear 2k,
Since the only thing you did with the Euroleague players is use them for NBA lookalikes, why don't you upload them all individually to 2k share so we can complete the rosters ourselves with some decent caps. Also, could you please stop taking down some of these same uploaded CAPS from people who are nice enough to do this? I doubt you guys are asking these players if you can use their likeness for someone else so that can't be an issue for taking them down.

If I was Antonis Fotsis I would be upset with 2k putting my face on another player, is this even legal?

Good question Norris. 2k also used Fabian Causeur(sp?) and another European player as caps for Mekel and Pressey..I guess when they paid for rights to their image they can do what they like or I hope so for 2k's case..I got no beef with that as I prefer using them over 2k's CAPs that were created with their tool. I swear 2k10 had better looking CAPS (except when used to create caucasion players imo...Don't think 2k's system has ever helped with that)

I am selfishly pleased to learn of the Datome and Erving '85 additions. I'm big on the Pistons and on classic teams.

Does the Doctor have his '85 face or '76 face? Also, who is the insider should probably look a our lookalikes and maybe even better, create a Cyberface since we know we can download cyberfaces and have them applied to a new roster update.
