MLB 14 The Show PS4 First Look and Cover Athlete Reveal Tonight on MLB Network

The first look at MLB 14 The Show on the PS4, as well as the cover athlete selected by the players will be announced tonight on the MLB Network at 8:00 PM EST.

According to Russell, you might want to refresh the PlayStation.Blog and Gametrailers during the show for more details.

All other sports games are dead unless they can play catchup really really fast. This is the most important feature that has come to any franchise in like a decade.

Game changer. The transferring saves to future versions will change sports gaming forever. Guaranteed a few sports titles will have that feature next year.

How am I supposed to finish my season in MLB 13??

I already had to ditch NBA 2K14, now The Show is next???

What are they doing to me? I can barely wait 11 days, but this....this is too much...

Finish and keep playing....best part now is you can pick right up where you left off. I can't wait to see how this is implemented. If it incorporates all new features into your franchise what a great way to get years into the future.

2k is pretty good at making basketball games. I wish the people that make the show would try to make a football game.

Okay screw my other old games I'm buying a PS4 and The Show '14 on March-whatever when the game comes out.

The franchise carryover announcement did it for me.

To be fair, it really doesn't work that way across the board with sports titles. 2k made a so-so basketball game and very good football game on last gen, now make a great basketball game and pretty poor baseball game. Sony has made an outstanding baseball game for years now but had a NBA title that lagged behind both 2k and Live when they were making a basketball title.

I'm not a baseball fan but I did like what I saw graphically. That one other sports game available at launch lags so far behind the rest graphically at this point it's comical.
