NHL 14 News Post


All week, EA Sports will be revealing the Top 50 players in this year's NHL title, NHL 14. Yesterday EA revealed the players ranked 41-50, with names such as Drew Doughty, Jamie Benn, and Ryan Getzlaf named amongst others.

Today, EA reveals numbers 31-40. Here's the list:

Yeah Burns at 89! I hope his player model has that grizzly beard.

Thought Kane would be higher...

I feel Karlsson is criminally underrated at 88 OVR.

But the Burns screenshot makes me curious. It appears his player style is PWF - Power Forward. His position appears to be D - Defenseman. Will we finally be able to change a skater's position? Is the ability to change a player's role back in the game? I guess we'll find out Sept. 10.

You can change their position and player type, but That's it. I want full editing capabilities, but it's probably against their contract with the NHL or something.

Of course after each hit, he'll be gone for 5 minutes after the mandatory fight

Kane and Karlsson both have (like most of the nhl players in the game) too high body checking value.
