Ronnie just posted an NBA 2K14 video (via Instagram), featuring Kobe Bryant with a fake pass, step back shot. A new trailer should be coming this week as well.

Hmm now you can fake pass while you are in the hop step/step back? They are telling us that you can combine more moves and break them at anytime? They should have shown the Kobe reverse pivot up and under jump shot lol if possible
Looks good but would like to see in regular speed to see how it looked with the reaction to the fake pass...looked very slow in slow motion
Ronnie should instagram an elite shot blocker doing what they do best...

I hope Kobe's jumper ain't as stiff as it is in 2K13. I had very little fun using Kobe on 2K13 because of it. Didn't think his post fadeaways looked that good either.

If Ronnie releases more videos like this, I don't mind them. What I do mind is useless videos like the James Harden one, when it's already on 2K13.
Animation looked really smooth, but then again, they are on step back shots in 2K13 anyway. What's new is Kobe's new shot animation (which 2K have never got right, LOL) which is far closer to resembling his RL shot than 2K13. I also liked how his right foot kicked out as he was shooting.

Ronnie just tweeted that these are clips that are a part of the official trailer, which they will release this week.

I think it was a pass fake. These appear to be some new controls. It seems like you can combo some moves together unlike any 2K basketball before. More realistic would have been a Kobe with a multiple shot fakes to get a foul

It's weird, I don't ever see ppl do that in real life - a step back, fake pass, shot combo...
Didnt like the way bledsoe just walked in front of kobe while he was defending him

However, I think it's important that you CAN do a fake pass in that situation or a variety of others than they wanted to showcase, especially since the last Instagram clip was something that was in the game last year.
I would've rathered see Ricky Rubio do a fake pass to layup or a fake pass to one person to a real pass to another.
But that's just getting picky.
