


Playstationer has posted an interview with Paul Rustchynsky, Alex Perkins and Col Rodgers of Evolution Studios, as they discuss the upcoming PlayStation 4 racer, Drive Club. Below are some of the more interesting pieces of information from the interview.
- Of the announced cars so far, the Mercedes AMG A45, which goes from 0-60 in 4.5 seconds is the slowest
- The game will cater to both the sim and arcade racer
- Tracks are based off of real locations (with tweaks) No off-road tracks (All tracks will be announced at a later date)
- You can only be in one club at a time (2-12 members per club)
- Runs at 1080p, working towards the goal of 60FPS
- At this time there will be no weather effects, time of day will be will be
- The game will have dedicated servers
- There will be a championship mode for single play users
- No need to unlock cars
- There is vehicle damage
- Customize your own club events and challenges
- If you change clubs, you take everything you earned with you
- As long as the wheel is supported by the PS4, it will work with the game
