NCAA Football 14 News Post

NCAA Football 14 is dropping today for EA Sports Season Ticket subscribers. The game's most popular feature, dynasty mode, is enjoyed by most everyone who buys the game.

With NCAA Football 14's release, we are curious as to what team you are planning on rolling with -- and what position you plan to take at that school. Be sure to share your destination and the job (OC, DC, Head Coach) you plan to accept.

Me personally? I'm still debating on Colorado and Boston College as my launching pad this year. Sound off with your own plans!

OLD DOMINION!!! Startin from the bottom till I'm there...at a better program. But I'm just gonna start right off the bat, input my coach names before the 1st season ends and say screw the player names. I'll just know my named players are fake and all those records held by number so and so are real. It's more dun to me that way. Start from the bottom with real coach names, now that it's more in depth with coach and school records.

The lowest rated team in the game. I'm going to attempt to build them up like I always attempt to do. Though I typically get fired from my first job cpu vs cpu'ing. LOL

I'm thinking Georgia Tech, but I wanna bring the Oregon offense. Learned the triple option as a kid and still love it, but I think the shotgun formation of it has really added to idea of a spread offense. I think that fast QB and some FB packages in the backfield could make GT a serious offense, and help with the lack of dominant passing attack

I'm torn between Miami and Navy.

Miami: I would love to bring them back to their dominate, cocky ways of the 80's and early 2000's. Duke Johnson would be a ton of fun to use. Their uniforms are great as well.

Navy: I've always wanted to run with a service academy and use the triple option offense. It's just a blast to play with. Recruiting lowly rated players, and watching them grow over the course of their 4 years on campus sounds rewarding. As does recruiting specifically for the option offense. It would add a new wrinkle into the NCAA series for me. Great uniforms as well.

What do I do?

Having no time to really delve into dynasty at this time, if I purchase the game I may start by using the season mode to play through my Auburn Tigers' 2013 schedule, with an opponent tweak or two if that's possible. Maybe later on I can get into a dynasty with Auburn or maybe my Georgia Southern team builder team.

Mississippi State, then Navy or Georgia Tech. The run game is going to be a great way to play this game, especially the option O.

Miss. State would be a good choice because it uses a spread offense that has a few run option plays in its playbook. The offense can be quite fun to play with.
