The "PES 5 was the best!" crowd can now finally shut up! Thinking of preordering this game, something I've NEVER done.

It looks great no question about that ^___^

As long as the AI will actually play possession, pass back, and not play on the counter for 90 minutes, they have my $60.

I'm certainly no soccer authority, but this has been my primary issue with the title in previous years.

In terms of just that issue, 2011 > 2012 > 2013. Hopefully the trend does not continue.

I wish this game would make it's way to the Playstation Store, not just because I'd prefer to have it on my hard drive, but also because it's pretty much impossible to find in my area! Every time this game is released I swear I have to go on a little quest just to find it.

Well worth it though. PES is a fine series, and glad to see it's still going strong.

This is seriously the best preview of a video game I have ever seen. It has everything related to gameplay that I wanted to be addressed. From the different lighting (now day games feel like day games) to the little things like player interaction and home/away atmosphere.

Really impressed.

don't like what I seen with free kicks....it's more like a simulation than actually controlling it..

need more control of the game....I want to do it not just watch it.....

Looks very very good, apart from the free kicks...

The thing that really impressed was how they describe the features, show testbed footageand then back it up with plenty of gameplay examples. Something EA aren't so keen on.

Although I must that, while the graphics do look very good, some players still look grotesque.

I agree but have you seen the Gamespot E3 gameplay preview? This doesn't look like it is going to be an issue anymore.

I do however agree that the free-kicks look silly hopefully what they have is optional.

Looks promising so far.

I read somewhere that the FK stuff can be toggled off.

Like Kreb said, if they slow the pace down for the CPU so they aren't always in attack it could be the best footy game to date.

Can't wait to try the demo, it's the sports game I'm looking forward the most this year. Everything sounds really good.

I watched a half of actual gameplay and the CPU was possessing very well. They even played it back to the keeper a couple of times. Gonna be an epic game, can't frickin wait!

Does anybody remember when the first demo usually comes out?

With just enough time left to screw up the gameplay for the full version. That's how it's worked the past couple of years anyway.

I believe last year the first one came out around the end of July.

Yeah, they really nailed Ribery.

On a more serious note, I'm anxiously awaiting the demo. A rejuvenated PES would be a real treat.
