NBA 2K13 Freezing? 2K Sports is Aware of the Issue (FIXED)

It seems there are some issues when loading up NBA 2K13 today. For PS3 users, the game seems to boot up fine, but the online rosters have been reset to default. On the 360, users are freezing, during bootup, at the above image. The only way around it, is to disconnect from the Internet.

UPDATE: (As many have pointed out, if you have custom shoes, you will freeze on both 360 and PS3.)

2K Sports is aware of the problem and are currently working on the issue. This post will be updated as we get official updates.

I just logged in on the PS3 and 360, no freezes. Online rosters are again up to date, custom shoes have returned.

I'm still freezing, I tried to play a my team game and when me and the other guy hit start during the loading screen the clock sits at 60 seconds and the game never plays, eventually I quit and got the win probably because the other guy quit before me.

I then tried to play an offline blacktop game with the nba players, but once I chose the players it froze. Is anybody else still freezing?

im still freezing on loading custom shoe data...

problem is only when signed into PSN

I'm on 360 but try doing what I did in order for mines to work. I explained it a few posts ago. It might work for you as well

it works perfectly fine when im not signed into PSN, but if i sign in and play a game, afterwords it freezes on shoe loading again

O got ya. I might have that same issue as well. I've been editing rosters so I haven't actually attempted to play a game yet...

I wish I could do that, I'm not able to play online or offline. I was able to last night so I don't get why I can't now.

Even offline when I do blacktop mode it freezes, I can't get a game in because it just keeps loading but never plays the game.

I really need this to be fixed, it's getting me mad.

Same thing happens for quick games, signed in and signed out. It just sits there at the loading screen where you edit your starting lineup and never starts the game.

I'm on Wii U and have the same problem. Unfortunately, it appears that 2k13 is only working on fixing the problem for PS3 users.
