NCAA Football 14 News Post

It looks like we'll get some sort of NCAA Football 14 announcement later today. Judging by the picture, it probably has something to do with the NCAA Football 14 cover athlete, Denard Robinson. Whatever it is, let's hope they give out some information about the game today.

Any guesses?

I have about 0 expectations for this year. I've always been an optimist when it comes to the NCAA series, but last year was pretty bland and we are now about a month into where we usually get info.

My guess is EA just doesn't have much to announce. We'll see.

I will say that the last Madden's, and NCAA's on the last generation systems where some of the best ever released. After all, those are the ones we remember so fondly right?

To be fair the current development teams, they really had poor leadership, and an entirely different set of teams for the launch of both series for this generation.

Are you guys still wondering about the original "Announcement Coming Later Today?" If that's the case, their announcement was that Denard Robinson was in for the photoshoot and they were giving away an autographed mini helmet and football.

Leave it to EA to hype us up for stuff we don't really care about.

Sure the next gen systems will offer graphically superior looking games but will most likely once again be football games with limited options, poorer gameplay, missing kicking nets, no refs on the field, poor announcing, no players on sidelines etc. Just sayin
Excellent point...

For what it's worth, the NCAA Football Facebook page said today that "NCAA Football takes the next step this week." Hopefully news. OR, hear me out on this, guys, OR...you guys ready for this? OR THEY COULD BE GIVING AWAY TWO AUTOGRAPHED HELMETS!

Going to lock this and a couple other threads about today's tweet in an effort to direct traffic into one thread, since today's tweet is off-topic to the original subject of a number of threads here.
