Thanks for this! I checked all the ratings for the A's and they look very accurate! The only person who I think was off was Adam Rosales, there's no way he's 72. More like 55 lol.
But still I'm very impressed

# 2 Rodbird @ 02/25/13 08:49 AM
Awesome!!! But is it ok to be picky, where is the rest of the 40 man rosters? lol

Thank you chrisjohnson83, you are a gentle(wo)man and a scholar!

Before all the complaints and arguments happen. Just want to say I'm glad Barney got a good rating for that D!

Thank you mister Johnson, with the lack of videos and news on RTTS lately this is at least something to look at.

As a Tribe fan Michael Brantley looks criminally underrated. Brett Myers looks crazily overrated too. I don't care really either way as this game is going to be awesome and the Indians will be as fun to play with since MLB 08.

Well I know who everyone is picking online when they have to use their 5th starter...Chapman and the Reds. I hope they put him number 2 or 3.

# 7 thaSLAB @ 02/25/13 09:29 AM
Hopefully everyone will now see how the 99's are pretty evenly distributed, when viewed on a position by position basis.

Edit: ...and I'm out before the questioning.

I think the answer on both is Defense. Schierholtz has one of the best RF arms in the game, real life and the Show, and Barney is Barney. But I do agree I thought Rizzo would be a little higher but overall I think they look pretty good.

Much better than the team rankings we saw last week.

The only thing I'm going to question is why Jim Johnson is at 85 as a closer when he was one of the most reliable closers last year. Can't wait to actually get my hands on the game.

I'm a die-hard Yankee fan but I LOL'd at ARod's and Ichiro's ratings.

# 11 smcamp3 @ 02/25/13 10:04 AM
Cueto 6 points worse than Latos and only 1 point higher than Bailey??? Wow.

And no way Chapman is a 99.

This is coming from a die hard Reds fan too haha

# 12 WaddupCouzin @ 02/25/13 10:08 AM
After last year, how is Fernando Rodney a 93 and David Price a 97? With Aroldis Chapman ahead of both Price and Rodney?

Ichiro could be a little lower, I'm guessing they went from his production as a Yankee. As for Rodriguez....he SHOULD be much lower.

Ratings look good. Im surpised not to see Soriano from the Nats as one of the top closers and Ian Desmond being 84 ovrrall blows my mind. He's at least an 88. Other than that I want to thank who ever posted this for not posting a single gameplay video when you clearly have had the game for over a week now.

Seeing these ratings I can honestly say that the previous team ratings made no sense.

Lol

He just had one of he most historic and best all around seasons...ever...as a 21 year old...and missed April. Better than Miguel Cabrera.

Relax on the bold statements. He basically set the standard for what a 99 means in a baseball video game.

Or it could just be a once in a lifetime season, by a very good young player.

Or it could not, lol. What's your point? The Show got his rating correctly for what he did last season. If it makes you feel better, if he struglles next season he will be an 88 in '14.

Imo, Cueto and Latos should swap ratings. Cueto has been underrated in the last two Shows ('12 and '13), especially since he has had one of the lowest ERA's in the league. If Chapman was a closer I could see a 99, but I dont think a 99 is accurate for a starter.
