NBA 2K13 Patch Available Now, Fixes MyCareer Freeze Issues

The NBA 2K13 patch that fixes the MyCareer freeze issues is available now. Other than that, this patch doesn't contain anything else. They simply wanted to make sure this issue was addressed ASAP.

For those of you that were having the issue before, are you noticing any freezing after the patch in MyCareer mode?

Idont have xbox live at all. is there still a way to fix this this freezing problem? could someone message me if there is

I'm in the first year of my career on PS3 and have now clinched the NBA Finals twice. Each time, the game froze after the celebration and before the trophy presentation.

I've seen several other users in this thread mention they've had the same issue. Has anyone found a way to resolve it? I know people have mentioned that deleting 2K files from previous years or adjusting your physical appearance may help, but I'm skeptical that either will work for my specific freezing issue.

Can anyone help?

Exact same problem of you. I have tried and failed a good 7 times! I tried playing out the remainder of the practices, tried making sure there weren't any contract issues in the gm discussion mode, i tried deleting my data utility and reinstalling the game data and patches. NOTHING WORKS! I posted on the 2K forums numerous times! By the way this problem was first reported in 2K forums back on Oct 2012!!!!

Quick question can someone tell me why I keep getting a cant launch message on Xbox for nba2k13 I purchased the game on my Xbox at home and downloaded it directly to my console I then took my hard drive attached it to a freinds console so we could play the game but his Xbox doesn't have Internet connection and it reads can't launch every time you click to start the game up

Still freezes for me. Sometimes I can play though but it is rare. I think i'm going to just trade the game in. I don't play association only my player so since that doesn't work a majority of the time it's pointless to keep the game. This is not the first time I've been screwed by 2k either. I had problems with their tennis game that they never responded to. 2k made a great game but I can see they don't care about the minority problems. I'm done with them.

What is the fix if you don't have an XBOX live connection?
