WWE '13 Universe Mode 3.0 Details, Screenshots and Trailer

THQ has posted some WWE '13 Universe Mode 3.0 details. Check out some of the new WWE '13 screenshots, right here.

Create a Show

Players now have the freedom to create their own shows while scheduling which day they appear on, from Monday through Saturday. In their show creation process, players will be able to choose the presentation graphics, the arena, which rosters appear on the show, and assign up to four Championships to be contested over.

Create a Pay-Per-View

In addition to custom shows, players can also create a Pay-Per-View that can be held on any Sunday. Along with choosing the presentation graphics and arena, players can choose which shows participate in the Pay-Per-View, as well as the match-type theme.

Statistics

Players can now view various championship and show statistics within their WWE Universe. Containing both historical statistics and statistics that update as your WWE Universe progresses, players can try to further one Superstar’s championship reign or try to beat it.

Storylines

Superstars will enter into feuds against each other as part of a rivalry, while competing for #1 contender rights for a championship title, and more. Take part in 200 new storyline feuds and choose which Superstars stand out in your Universe.

More Content, More Freedom

Many improvements and other additions have been made to Universe, such as more matches per show and the freedom to edit whole match cards, customizable championship rankings, and the ability to restart your Universe from the beginning.

That is impressive. Holy ****, I played the game a lot last year, but with these branching storylines, stats, and create a show/PPV? I might be playing this game year around.

Finally! That was a mess last year. For the most part I never got bit, but after awhile, I started getting random people.

Now if the servers will just be mostly reliable... I'm in!

Does anyone know if WCW Nitro is available like last year. I would assume yes, but I didn't see the logo in the video in regards to creating a show.

You could get rid of it last year. I did. Same titles on all shows, and then put everyone on one roster or put both rosters on both shows.

I know you can assign people to just one show, but I wanna know if you can have one superstar be on both shows? I plan on doing 3 seprate brands from diffrent eras and some people I would wanna for both shows.

Georgiafan, I would think you would just have to edit the match cards manually and make them show up when and where you wanted, but honestly have no clue as of yet.

still 50 created wrestlers so with DLC your looking at 155 people

Pretty sure he is referring to the number of rosters, not the number of people, i.e., Raw, Smackdown, roster #3, etc...

What i like is being able to tie a brand to certain ppvs, i have a working idea to have a mordern roster and an attitude era roster & the big four will be cross promotion

Correct, rumor is that we can only have 3 total rosters going at once in Universe. Not sure if it is true, just trying to clarify things. I hope it isn't true.

Don't see why that would be the case. Last year I had a Raw, Smackdown, Legends, Free Agents, Attitude, and Divas roster. And with them allowing us to have 6 shows a week + PPV, 3 seems like a silly choice.

Did you have those rosters active though at the same time? Like were they all on one show?

No, that was the point of having different rosters. I could split them up.
