No one knows for sure(as far as OS goes, 2k knows). BigBall12 said he did not think you could assign classic players to current rosters, but he didn't try so we can't be for sure. I tweeted Ronnie and asked but he hasn't answered(probably won't, no shock there). At this point we have to wait and see if someone gets the game early and can tell us for certain, or wait and see if 2k answers(don't hold your breathe).

Andre Drummond and Terrence Jones are a 59. Donatas Motiejunas is a 58. Those ratings are all pretty harsh...I know Dre's rating would be low, but none of these guys deserve to be below 60. Especially Jones/Motiejunas and I'm not even a Rockets fans.

Imo they should have been somewhere around 65, 70 and 68 respectively.

@Clevelandfan: Are you seriously angry with that rating? 83 is a good rating. He's a rising star, but he's not Chris Paul yet...would you have him at 88 or 90 like the top PGs in the game? He's not there yet.

Kyrie is an 83.

Varejao is a 73. He almost made the all-star game last year.

Cmon who cares about the Detroit scrubs

He was an 81 in 2k12 lol. Just look at some of the players that are right behind him or right ahead of him. I was hoping for an 85 tbh.

I wish 2k was a little more forthright about omissions from version to version. Why didn't they tell us that Kareem, Dr. J, C Webb, etc. weren't going to be included in this year's version? They are very quick to brag about additions, but are very secretive about omissions. And so annoying to still not have a Reggie Miller team OR a 92-93 Suns team.

No Reggie Miller is very disappointing. I really thought I remembered hearing that a Reggie Miller team would be in this game a while back.

So we get no 98 or 00 Reggie pacers and 93 suns even tho Barkley is in the game?????

And no 01 lakers wtf how we gon have 01 76ers but not 01 lakers??? That's the team that made the 01 76ers a classic team, they gave 01 lakers their only loss of that post season...

And not even gonna mention the players that are missing on some teams

@bm011. 2k for the most part is pretty good about listening to the NBA 2K gamers and trying to implement our feedback/criticisms. People have been asking for a while for the Dream Team, and finally this year we have it. I feel there have been more requests over the past few years for a Reggie Miller Pacers team, as well as a 92-93 Suns team then there was for the Dream Team...but I could be wrong. Just don't see the harm in adding these two teams, even if Reggie and Charles aren't on them. Then at least we can create those players ourselves and put them on their respective teams as we will have to do for C Webb, Kareem and Dr. J. Would be nice to at least have the classic Pacers and Suns courts to play on if nothing else. But, I'm that's just me...I'm an old school guy.

# 51 Frizzz24 @ 09/25/12 08:10 PM
Looking forward to the patches and roster updates...as well as the talented gamers who create additional classic teams. Personally, I think 2K should consider including EVERY team who has ever played in the NBA Finals from 1965-present. Even have the Finals logo on the courts for each team??? Again, guess I'm just old school.

Word, I feel you. B-Roy is my favorite player but we really don't know if we are going to see the B-Roy that made the all star team or if he will just settle in as a role player. No way of knowing until the season gets going. If this was 08-09 B-Roy, he would easily have Shot Creator, Finisher, Closer, Acrobat and maybe even Microwave.

Hopefully all of the missing legends will be hidden if there is reditor this year.

# 54 Frizzz24 @ 09/25/12 08:23 PM
I hope 2k takes the restricted area semi circle off of the classic courts this year...but I doubt they will.

Even without Webber? I love that Kings team, was my favorite at the time. Webber is one my favorite players, without him I don't see any reason to use that Kings team. Even if we can add him as a CAP, that won't help online. Same goes for the '77 and '85 Sixers.

# 58 ClevelandFan @ 09/25/12 08:34 PM
Alonzo Gee was not in the video either. Cavs just re-signed him within the last week or 2.

Yeah it sucks not having him but I was a huge Bibby fan back in the day. I like using him in his glory days lol.
