Madden has "bootflow" in it, too. And, it has no gameplay in it whatsoever. Idk what people are talking about in this thread. It's an mini-into video, not a gameplay vid...

thats the whole point, people don't see a reason for this to be shown, when EA isn't showing/ haven't shown any gameplay of live 13, this video was pretty much pointless.....
It would be funny as hell if EA is just messing with everybody. Showing old pre-alpha footage of gameplay on purpose, acting like it isn't ready, and stuff like holding back the game to release it a month after 2K13, but then when it does release, it would be the GREATEST basketball game that was ever created. Everybody (except for the obsessed fanboys) would trade in their 2K's for a copy of NBA Live 13. I personally would absolutely LOVE that.

not everything is supposed to be a marketing scheme. They made the intro, it was approved, they released the video so consumers could see it. Its not meant to SELL the game. Im not a fan of ea sports in general, but people are just going out of their way to hate. EA sucks for a billion reasons, this intro release (which is in the same style as madden, fifa, and nhl thus far) is not really one of those reasons. Its actually a cool video in itself....doesnt mean squat in terms of the game, but that wasnt the point
I dont see karma acting i see irony, you say you will not support ea sports but you have a madden 13 copy which has your interest...... BARS!!
Really I don't think its Madden that has my interest as much it's the NFL... Which I love. Madden13 is actually the 1st EA Sports game that I've owned since...... (thanks bro for the freebie) NBA STREETS VOL.2. I remember when Live use to run the virtual basketball courts..... Now the can't avoid tripping over their own selves.
I don't understand why people can't read the article.

For the past two years, LA consultancy and creative agency Troika have been responsible for designing and building what's called a "bootflow", which in simple terms is that sequence you first see when a game fires up.
