Very awesome, in depth. Scores of games, the twitter feed, news items. Awesome.

That looks awesome!

So when can we expect the site to be available?

I could not be more excited to test drive that website. Everything looks great with regards to social media inclusion. I am a stat guy so I'd love to see what type of statistical archives they have.

This looks sick!

I might actually do my single player CCM "online" so I can have all these features in the browser

That looks sick. Never played in a league. Always just played friends or online. Might have to try this out. Looks fun.

Not only do I think this new website and features will keep the leagues going longer but I also think it will invite more people to try it out. I've always enjoyed doing these leagues but its tough to find enough friends who want to do it to. People are slow to change.

1.) I guess I don't have that many friends lol. And the ones I do have love COD, and won't even try battlefield out they're that stubborn.
2.) Sometimes these leagues can take way too long. It's nice when you can get a couple of games in a week. In my online dynasty with some buddies in NCAA 13 we play almost a game a night. It's moves fast and keeps your attention.
3.) Sometimes people get mad and quit when they lose. But at least in Madden, a loss here or there is not as big of a deal as in NCAA.

The website looks really well done. It looks pretty simple to navigate too.

Yeeeaaaah....looks like I will be joining an online league after all. Anyone recruiting? lol

You can but my guess if you have to do online CCM but just with yourself, the same exact thing as offline CCM but you get the full benefits (such as the website)

I got to say, EA really surprised me with this site, this is amazing for leagues on the advancement news. Will make things go so much smoother and be much easier to get advances in.

Hats off EA.

Can you scout on the website?

I am 50/50 on doing an online CCM. I want to, but Im not sure. For the 1st 2 seasons of my Franchise/CCM I usually just sim and build the team through draft.

If I can just sim and scout for my 1st 2 seasons and draft on the website, than I might do a online CCM

Just to clarify, in case you're not sure.....

You can do an ONLINE CCM but still only do it by yourself, just like in franchise mode in the past. You can also do it offline. But I think there are several perks do doing your CCM online, including using the websites to do a lot of your activities.

Here's something interesting I saw. I went to the website listed at the top of the video: (madden.test.easports.ea.com/madden-nfl/connected-careers). Here's a screenshot. Check out the note in yellow at the top:

I usually do an offline career. I never did an online career mode in any game. If we cant scout, than I might consider doing it offline. If I do it will be by self

Why do you need to scout online though? Even if scouting isn't allowed on the website all the other great features are. Just scout on your 360/PS3 and enjoy the website for the other features.

I just wanted to see how much you could on the website.

I usually only play the game when I have to opposed to when I want to. I really only play games when the opportunity arises. So if I could do most of the off the field stuff on the website, than I might consider doing a online career.

But my point still stands. There is no disadvantage to doing it online. You could do an online franchise and never touch the website. It's the same as offline. Except the website allows you a lot of access when you are away from your system.
