So at least 10+ RB rated over 90, SMH!

How is it so hard for D.Moore to understand that a 97 rated player is basically a nearly perfect player for that position... those players should be once in a generation.

Can't wait til they reveal the top 10 punters!

I was interested to see where Charles would end up coming off the injury. Looks good.

Darren McFadden?

MJD deserves his high rating. Dude was a beast last year.

Everyone under Matt Forte should be put down a couple spots.. To separate the good from the elite.
Michael Turner-88
Jamal Charles-89
Steven Jackson-86/87
Frank Gore-90

Matt Forte and up - 94>

That's just MY opnion.

Can't wait to see what this list looks like at the end of the season.

MJD is overrated. Not by a lot, but still.

Charles coming off a knee injury?

I see a lot of change coming to this list.

But the real question is which rb has the strongest arm?? I agree with the ratings are too high people. Too many players in the 90's.

Not too impressed. AP coming off his knee injury is way to high. Where is Matthews and Johnson? they are better than GOre, Turner and JAckson at this point in their careers.

No Fred Jackson? He had almost a 1000 yards before his injury last season, and was the leagues top running back. Once again a player gets ignored because he's a Buffalo Bill.

I don't think it has anything to do with the fact that he's a Buffalo Bill.

Madden NFL 13 Player Ratings - Top 10 Overall RB

#1 Maurice Jones-Drew - 96 Overall
#2 Arian Foster - 95 Overall
#3 Adrian Peterson - 94 Overall
#4 Ray Rice - 93 Overall
#5 Matt Forte - 91 Overall
#6 LeSean McCoy - 90 Overall
#7 Frank Gore - 89 Overall
#8 Stephen Jackson - 88 Overall
#9 Chris Johnson - 87 Overall
#10 Michael Turner - 86 Overall

That would be my list only six in the 90's. Not even sure about AP still being there due to injury.

What is so hard about not rating everyone in a 10-15 point window? What's the point of team management if everyone is the same?

# 15 Dr. Poe @ 08/06/12 12:32 PM
I'll take ray rice at 93. Him and matt forte should be the same rating. They did a comparison on them when they signed their contract. They had similar stats. LeSean McCoy is rating is ok. Should be the same as Ray Rice.

Not to mention his injury was before week 10.

Eh, one 1000 yard rushing season in 5 years isn't going to get you an elite season. Charles and AP have been elite backs for at least a few seasons before their respective injuries.

If Freddy keeps it going this year, they'll show him his due respect.

Homer any....anyway over one point, smh. IMO he is has the breakaway potential and not only is he able to make people miss, he's a bigger back who can also run through some would be tacklers, giving him a slight advantage as a ball-carrier.

LeSean McCoy had a great season, but it was his first one like that, Forte's been consistently good since 2008 at a high level. Therefore he'd get the nod in MY book even if it is just ONE POINT.

# 20 8 @ 08/06/12 12:49 PM
I think it's Ray's pass catching ability that sets him slightly ahead of McCoy. Not saying McCoy isn't a good pass catcher but last year Ray did more in that department.
