Madden NFL 13 News Post

Voting has begun to determine which quarterback has the strongest arm in Madden NFL 13. For the remainder of the week, we'll see polls for accuracy and awareness.

This campaign allows fans to vote on attributes like speed, elusiveness, hit power and more. The winner of each vote will be the highest-rated player for that attribute at their position in Madden NFL 13.

Upcoming weeks will focus on running backs, wide receivers and defenders, with the winners in each category announced every Friday. Here is the voting schedule breakdown:
  • July 30 – Aug 3: Quarterbacks – Speed, Throw Power, Throw Accuracy, Awareness
  • Aug 6 – 10: Running Backs – Speed, Acceleration, Trucking, Elusiveness
  • Aug 13 – 17: Wide Receivers & Tight Ends – Speed, Spectacular Catch, Route Running, Agility
  • Aug 20 – 24: Defense – Speed, Hit Power, Tackling, Man Coverage
  • Aug 24: Offensive Line, Special Teams and Overall Team Ratings
Not only will each winner receive a boost in their attributes in Madden NFL 13, but they’ll also be immortalized with a special card in Madden Ultimate Team. Fans who collect the cards of every winning player will be able to add them to a collection which will unlock a special Madden Ultimate Team reward in Madden NFL 13.

So the question is... Which QB should have the strongest arm (Throw Power Rating) in Madden NFL 13?
  • Matthew Stafford
  • Jay Cutler
  • Josh Freeman
In case you missed it.

lol at these post. these is what would happen when ea start letting fans vote. you are asking why the qb with the biggest arm strength in league is on the list. you have to be joking.

So if everyone came together and said, let's vote for Peyton as the fastest QB and Eli with the strongest arm...EA would actually do it?

Can't believe this. Nothing good can come from this.

People are right that it's really a moot point because a few ratings points difference don't seem to matter anyway. However, the hilarious thing is that this fan vote proves it. lol.
Totally missed that, long nights do have affects.

I don't understand why you are questioning why he is on the list.

Well I do not understand how you get you can vote for Peyton Manning as fastest QB when they're simply putting the top 3 they think of each category.

I understand that there are many debates of it, but you DID miss the point of the top 3 voting aspect of it.

Don't get so offended.

Vick and Flacco not being on this list is a travesty.

Vick has a cannon and so does Flacco.

I'd even say that their arms are stronger than Stafford.

EA really showing their disconnect in understanding the community with this stuff.

People take issue with Donny's ratings, rightfully so because it's seemingly made up or not tied to real world data.

So instead of using real world data, they let it become a popularity contest which I would figure will make things worse than just Donny doing it.

lame.

I edit a lot of ratings BEFORE launching my franchise anyway making use of that PFF website...great ratings tools over there
