NCAA Football 13 OS Community Rosters Available Now, Details Included (PS3)

We have officially completed Version One of the OS (PS3) Community Rosters for NCAA 13.

What is included in Version One:

Correct player names, numbers, heights, weights, classes, redshirt status, and skin tones
Most players with/without dreadlocks have been updated
Transfers
Players dismissed from team have been removed
Correct coach names, alma maters, ages, and offensive run/pass percentages
Re-rated freshman and JUCOs to fit the scale of computer generated recruits in dynasty
Minor re-rates on some players

NOTE: THESE ROSTERS ARE FOR DYNASTY (ONLINE OR OFFLINE). THEY WILL NOT WORK FOR ONLINE MATCHES.

Thanks to the majority of you all for being patient with us and understanding that edits that are this in-depth take some time. Also, thank you to those of you who posted templates and updates on player information. You all make this process much easier for us.

Am I an idiot or am I an idiot. I can't get my PS3 to connect to the internet and I can't open the offline link once downloaded because it downloads as a .rar and I don't have any compatible software for that.

Plus the site looked a little suspicious. Maybe it's because I never been to a file sharing site but any advice would be appreciated.

Get a program called "winrar" to unzip the file. Google "winrar" for windows It's free.

After your done with that, all you should have to do is copy the .rar to your USB and right click and choose extract here.

I have no clue what I'm doing. Everything I try doesn't work but I have a good feeling Im not downloading it right. I also have no clue why my PS3 won't connect. I did just buy it a week ago for this game but I followed the directions.

Did you run the .exe for the winrar application to install it to your computer/laptop?

If 'extract here' doesn't show up in your dropdown menu when you right click, than double click on the .rar, it should show a file, drag it to your USB folder and drop it there, it should extract.

If you guys can't figure out WinRAR, 7-zip is also a very good choice for dealing with .rar files.
