This is pretty awesome, it was the attention to detail on this is what got me.

SFX on point (ball bouncing etc..)
Nets actually burning up from fire
Kobe and Gasol on the court but not the usuable players

This is nice, and it could have been longer that's the funny thing. Just slap a red icon over Blake Griffin in his youtube highlights and there you go. The dude is literally making this thing a video game as this clip just showcased lol.
