The Rangers are a shining example of what a strong farm system mixed with a shrewd front office making deals at the major league level can accomplish, winning the AL two years in a row. The franchises position at the top doesn't look to be changing anytime soon with talent waiting in the wings like Jurickson Profar, Martin Perez, and Mike Olt.
The Rangers farm system could also be called the UN Baseball Peace Accord with so many stars from so many different countries, as the team's strength has been in its international scouting efforts. Playing a franchise with this team will result in years of success for even the most novice of front office managers.
