The fact that so many find the pulse pitching distracting and are hoping it looks better from the pitcher view should tell you something.

Ryan Howard's opposite field hit looked nice. Even Mayberry Jr. had a nice opposite field hit. He was late on an inside fastball but it was low and he didn't crush it (which seems promising to me) and it seemed like it put a considerable amount of slice on the ball.

I appreciate SCEA and their creativity but the pulse pitching graphic was giving me a headache.

Maybe they could give an option to customize the display such as making it less opaque it would be easier to look at over and over.

Love the pulse pitching. Will definitely be using this.
Also, I already see a couple minor improvements on equipment that I was complaining about only a couple of weeks ago; shin guards that properly fit a players leg/pant-style (not sure if they're wearing it correctly, though...) and I think I spotted a new cleat design on few players (see Drew Stubbs) to mimick those Nike cleats with the white toe...
