The Grand Slam Tennis 2 demo was available for a short time this morning, it was pulled shortly after it went up. No official word on why or what happened.

Its seems very good. I really like Top Spin and it seems similar. I'm not that big a Tennis fan and don't really get the nuances of tennis so I don't know if it is realistic. I don't actually own any Tennis games either. The one thing I will say is that the gameplay felt a little too fast and it felt like the players were ice skating and not running.

Just watched the demo video and I'm encouraged. I was a pretty good TS4 player that stopped suddenly, and one aspect of that game I had trouble with was putting away volleys, even easy ones, so playing the net became awkward. This video shows some good volleys that end points well. Overall a little arcadey, but looks fun

Demo plays pretty arcadey, but is really fun. I like it a lot. Netplay seems a little overpowered though. Maybe that is why it got pulled.

The W/UE count was more realistic. Bad: -Slice strokes don't even look like slice strokes -Movement is floaty -Players don't show emotion immediately after points, only in cut scenes. Saved a match point with Nadal and he just stood there like it was nothing. -Gameplay just doesn't seem that good, certainly not as good as TS4. That's after only 1 game on the hardest difficulty. Granted it's not god awful, but seeing stuff like Nadal hitting a 1HBH and lack of player emotion takes me out of the experience. I'll play a bit more to give further impressions, but I was disappointed overall, and I'm usually an easy sell.

This is certainly not good to hear. GET TO WORK EA!!!

How would that work though on the 360, or are you referring to a PS3? I was thinking of cloud storage, but the space of the demo exceeds the space allowed on the cloud storage.

You would need a 2 GB memory stick, and a program called USB Xtaf (it's for pc only). You would copy or move the demo from your Xbox HD to the memory stick, insert the memory stick into your PC, open the program, extract the file, and then upload the file to a site like megaupload, rapidshare etc.

I don't see the Nadal 1HBH in that video, but Sharapova's was a slice shot. She slices one-handed like practically everyone else.

Do you have to put it on a disc for it to work? I tried it on a USB but it would have a disc error whenever I chose my players.

I put the demo on a USB and it worked, not sure why it wouldn't work for you.

Still a no go for me. After I choose my players, the loading screen appear and then an error message telling me that the disc is unreadable. Oh well.

Edt: Finally got it to work. Had to use USBXTAFGUI instead of Modio.

I forgot to ask you that, I usually use USBXTAFGUI when I want to have demos on my usb.
