There are differences in game design, period. It's best that nobody tries to beat around the bush on that topic matter.

It's not that they "can't" do it....they just haven't done it.
There was no real reason to do it even remotely until last year when they introduced rain....
...and this year.....they just had too much else to do in regards to the art time.
Madden has had weather in it's game for YEARS.
That's the difference.
I think we will see it in this game .....eventually.
