NHL 12 Reviewer: HUT, Be a Legend and Winter Classic Impressions

Today I’ll be detailing my impressions of the three new or significantly tweaked modes found in NHL 12. These enhanced or new modes are Hockey Ultimate Team, Be a Legend and the Winter Classic. In the future, I will be tackling the Be a GM mode, career mode and online features.

Looking forward to your thoughts on the Be a GM mode, where I spend all of my time. I would especially like to know if they changed the access to a player's stats and history, so you can actually follow the careers of the players over the years. This is the biggest downfall of Be a GM mode for me in the past.

really glad i purchased the ea season pass thing. now i know not to waste $60 on this garbage game.

Not sure how you can call this game garbage. I think its the best NHL game to date.

HUT mode became my mode of choice last year, which surprised me. My biggest problem was about halfway through the season I had to get rid of my net connection which made it pretty much impossible to play and enjoy HUT. REALLY looking forward to the upgrades in this mode.

best NHL game to date isn't saying much...this franchise is awful. why is FIFA leaps and bounds ahead of NHL? this game hasn't changed for 4 years now. nothing about the way the players skate on the ice is realistic. in fact, nothing about this game is realistic. they need to scrap this engine and start all over instead of adding bull**** gimmicks every year.
