I'd be interested to know what the difficulty was set to. There was way too much offense for my liking, especially in a Pit/Balt game but that might just be me. Hopefully it won't be another year of 42-38 scorelines if you play with longer quarters.

This wasn't against the Ravens, but I'm surprised by this

This looks just like that Madden video lol

What difficulty level were they playing on?

Passing in the middle of the field looked too easy.

Is the Ravens' O-Line that good? Not much pressure from Pittsburgh.

Would've liked to have seen better defense from both sides.

None of the issues are major and appear to be easy slider tweaks to tighten up the defenses.

I would be upset if it is a playoff game or regular season game and it was that empty
Look at the video I just posted of CIN/PIT, looks like that game to me.

perhaps the *logic* needs some tweaking.....not sure of any franchise where fans wouldn;t show up.......maybe on non divisional game around week 16/17 where the home team has a record of 2-13 or 1-11 type thing.

You're right, I just found another video from that game, not going to post it, but the stands were nearly full.

Terrible run defense by the ravens. Cody means nothing? By the way he's very skinny looking. Part of the problem with that run was the alignment of the defense, but I'm not going to talk too much about it. It's been beaten to death to the right people. Also at 4:40-4:47 Marshal Yanda pulls on a counter play and runs right by James Harrison This is the type of stuff that should be addressed. James Harrison and McFadden appear to be man to man on Boldin on one play, how is Harrison an OLB out in front of a WR running the route better than him?

If one of the few negatives you can find in that video is the "empty stadium" i'd say this game is going to be great.

Also, anyone notice how "star" players are always on kickoff/punt teams? Troy Polmanuanaumuaolouamunau is on the punt team as an outside defender in the first video.... as if thaty'll ever happen in a real game? Maybe it does, Steeler fan insight?

They may not have full rosters in the game yet due to the lockout, I know there will be a massive roster update day 1, but worst case scenario just fix it in the formation subs&depth chart.

Just FYI this isn't the final build of the game

Im pretty sure this roster is pretty current seeing how Bright and McCoy are our TE's. Are there formation subs on kickoffs now?

I'll talk about it... The poor defensive alignment is killing this game for me. I'm starting to notice it more and more, and it's become the most glaring issue to me at this point.

It just makes the game seem unfinished, seeing a slot receiver being completely ignored for example... Meanwhile you got a safety and a LB on the other side of the field doing nothing but standing there right next to each other.

Gotta address this in one of the patches.

Don't you just go to special teams, then kickoff, then hit RB and sub the players like you do on other plays? That's what I've always done

Did anyone notice the way the grass got torn up at 2:57 in the first video as Farrior slides his foot along the ground, much more noticeable in this rain.

As much as it pains me, I was playing as the Steelers vs. the CPU. The game was played on All-Pro difficulty. The other gameplay video was played by our intern. (Wanted to make sure you guys know that wasn't me in the Eagles game. )

One thing that really stands out to me is the atmosphere, this game just feels a lot more vibrant than NCAA. The crowd on that Mendenhall run was insane

Fully agree
Madden has way more emotion than NCAA. Boring Celebrations or lack of in NCAA

I forgot to mention that. Now, the move he made looked unrealistic but I had to play it twice to hear the crowd!

Btw, Dewiel, did it actually feel like you were using Polamalu. Looked like you were playing pretty conservative with him! Madden has never properly portrayed how he plays though ever in their games.
