- Problems with contract offers in online league mode
- If using playoff roster rules, players put on the 15-day DL shortly before the playoffs will allow an additional player to be made eligible for the playoff roster
- Tweaked the age of created international free agents because too many young players were created
- Fixed draft bonus issue for AI-controlled teams (too-high MLB contract for some players as part of signing bonus)
- Fixed problems with finances for historical expansion teams
- Tweaked top prospect list calculation
- Fixed problems with team import in online leagues on a Mac
- Added several commissioner features for OOOL leagues (co-commissioners, change league owner)
- Added button to reset league file version cache in OOOL leagues, to force a new league file download if needed
