OS NCAA Football 12 Community Roster Available Now, Details Included

Here is the latest update on the OS Community Roster project.

We have officially completed naming every team. We have gone through and corrected about 95% of the errors that we have seen.

What to expect in Version 1.

All players are named
All jersey numbers are corrected as accurately as possible (CANNOT DO DUPLICATES)
All transfers are in the game
All players who are no longer on the team have been removed (Pryor, Jenkins, King)
Equipment overhaul on over 75% of teams (Alabama, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Virginia Tech to name a few should be 100% spot on.) No 1970's elbow pads. Iowa fans, BYU fans will be happy with the correct socks
All coaches are named
Minor re-rates on certain players

NOTE : THESE ROSTERS ARE FOR DYNASTY USE!!!! ONLINE PLAY YOU WILL NEED TO DOWNLOAD FAIRDALE KINGS ROSTERS.

Tony... I think it's a bit to ask of them to post an offline file for EVERY update (since they've put 3 to 5 on here a day). I think offline guys will need to be patient and get one maybe every couple-three days. Not trying to talk down to anyone, but the price of an xbox live account is not much per day...most could find that money by giving up a few trips to McDonald's or a few packs of smokes.

It's well worth it...these guys put a lot of time into this (as you no doubt know). But to keep asking this several times a day and expect multiple files is a bit much...

These are only available for the 360. It should have been said when the community blog post was made the other day.

PS3 owners have to wait as usual.

Where's 3 to 5 offline files a day? How are we supposed to find them in this looooong thread? I asked for them to be posted in the 1st post but it's not happened.

If I knew there was 3 to 5 offline updates/day I wouldn't ask at all. You point me to 3 to 5 offline files daily? I don't follow every page of this thread but searching through to find offline files is not a good option.

There's a post in these type threads every few minutes so finding offline files in this mess is quite a task. Please enlighten me on these offline updates. I only know of 1 offline file posted by CK11 and that was on page #26. Thanks!

BTW, it's not about Live for me or some others. Have you ever thought some members might not want their console hooked up to Live or even don't have that option?

You didn't read my post very well.. I never said OFFLINE files... I said ONLINE files. There are for a fact 3-5 (roughly) files being posted through the file sharing via live. I never said anything close to what you just posted. I said you OFFLINE guys will need to be patient...they are NOT posting offline files for every online update.

They are offering the online file daily. If you don't have an xbox live account then you cannot demand a file every time. And typically page 1 - post 1 is being updated to tell you where to get the ONLINE file so you don't have to sift through all the pages here. But if you're following this thread like I have you haven't missed a single post here (which are only 10 per page, and 70% of them are guys asking about a ps3 file that doesn't exist). Not trying to offend anyone, but if you want the file it's rather simple: get an xbox live account. If you don't have that, then you're at the mercy of someone being kind enough to post an offline file, of which they don't have to and nor can anyone demand that. My apologies if you've taken this wrong, but it's really this simple...

I did misunderstand your post a little it seems. I thought you were talking about offline files being posted that many times a day.

I understand that the guys can't post offline file like wildfire. I wasn't demanding anything Harsh! I simply asked if they cared to do it. Is anything wrong with that?

I understand the work these guys are doing. I'm not the type guy to demand anything. I appreciate everything that's being done with these rosters. I think you know me by now Harsh. We've chatted in numerous topics here on these forums in the past.

I'm easy to get along with. I was just simply asking if something could be done. If Carson or CK11 or any of the others don't see the need to post offline files regularly then so be it. Heck, I don't even know which ones are capable of posting offline files other than cdk. I'm not gonna complain about it like some kid if it doesn't happen. Thanks!

@ tony. The reason that we haven't posted a file for Non Live users is because the updates have been so constant since release. Since Friday night, there has been someone working on corrections almost every minute. I have been posting updates few hours on where to download the file from. Because this correction ordeal seems to be never ending (although we will be stopping eventually), I suppose no one felt it necessary to post an file for non Live users since there would be changes a few hours later. However, if you want the most current file, my suggestion to be to ask CK or Massacre as they are the two that are knowledgeable on how to do that. I can't promise they will do it now but its worth asking. Otherwise I am 100 percent sure that once we step away from these constant corrections another file for non Live users will surely be provided.

No problem! Don't take what I stated the wrong. I'm not like that! I was simply asking if you roster guys cared to do it. That was all! MKHarsh seemed to think I was demanding it!

All I'm wanting to do is check out the corrections being made as you guys go about your great work. I don't have enough slots on our router now to keep a 360 hooked up to Live. We have other devices taking up all slots.

I don't play games directly online against others so I decided to remove the 360 from the net. This is why I ask for offline files now. I didn't used to need to ask favors like that until recently. I'd greatly appreciate it if you can do what your last sentence states below:

You need to use Modio to rehash & resign the roster file over to your profile. Just Google Modio & you'll find both the application & tutorial on how to use it. Thanks!

Yes lowered to 70 to 72 on all LBs.
