i'm actually looking forward to a PES game for the first time in about 6 years,

Was a die hard until 2006 but found myself disheartened with where the franchise was going.

Hopefully all this new stuff is gonna put it back on top

Can't wait to see the AI improvements. I still love PES 2011, but can't wait for my AI teammates to react more intellegently to the flow of the game.

Will play the demo as I do every year, but just can't see it being better than FIFA once again.

I am anxious to see PES return to its roots. FIFA does look very strong though!

To me, this game has always been more rewarding than Fifa. Looking forward to PES 2012

the author and some of the comenters obviously have not messed with tactics. Players will move intelligently is this game, but it is all about the tactic and formation and role settings, there is so much depth in this part of the game. Check out the thread at pro evo

in there are team specific tactics and explanation of them for your own use.. try these and then tell me your cpu teamates dont move... its a invalid criticism of the game IMO

When it comes to adjusting tactics, I'm going to assume it's way easier on a PC than the consoles.

I play on the PS3 and it's just too cumbersome to change each team. IMO.

Indeed. Experimenting and tinkering with tactics is what ill give you the ultimate game play.
