well if it makes it into the release version of the game, then the university's administration approved of it, so they saw no problems with it.
It may be a real tradition for all I know. I have never been in the tunnnel. I'm just saying neither myself nor any Tennessee fan I know has ever heard of this tradition.
Yeah, this isn't in there due to a limit on the number of polygons they can put on the screen. This limitation is also why aOSU doesn't get their whole team with interlocking arms or Tennessee running through the "T."

It hasn't been outright said, but could easily be inferred. The game has hiccups and noticeable frame rate decrease when showing around 10+ high Res player models. Trying to do the running through the T and the hive at OSU, and doing it right, would be a technical issue to say the least.
