I think Alma Mater are D-I schools only. Certainly can't input any names into the field.

Yah for editing purposes this will be tough when creating the real coaches as the majority of coaches graduated from non-FBS schools. Well maybe not majority but close to half. I guess can go and assign closest regional fbs team or put them where they are coaching now?
