DorianDonP : If you look at the top of those screenshots you can see there are two pages, and the one he is in is "BCS Bowls", so I assume if he tabbed to the page to the left, he would have the rest of the bowls.
Just looks like that is how it works to me.

ADD: This blog was disappointing lol. The one thing I do LOVE that he confirmed is that you can change conference alignment after EVERY season. WOOT!

So like right now with Alabama destroying me in the SEC I can ship them off... lol
You are not reading what I said correctly. I'm talking about non-BCS bowl tie-ins.

For example. The Capital One Bowl happens every New Years and is between a top SEC team and a top Big 10 team. If I, for instance, made the SEC a crap conference, and put Troy, Tulane, FIU, etc in and put Bama, Georgia, Florida, etc into the ACC, then the Capital One Bowl would still feature SEC vs Big 10. We could see a 6-6 Troy Team playing a New Years Day Bowl against Ohio State, or something like that.

Does anyone know if we still get invites to conferences? I am going to do the real stuff like move TCU next year and everything, but for my cupcake team builder team i would rather get invited than just choosing any conference i want to be in.

That's cool. But at this point it still has not been confirmed in video or in writing that you can edit all bowls. They have only specified "BCS Bowls". For all we know, if we tabbed to the next page it could go to the Conference Rules page. It also says in the first screenshot "BCS Bowl Tie-ins" from the dynasty start up menu. Seems to me it should have said "Bowl Tie-ins".

Hoping I can get a dev to clarify this. Or if not, I'll just wait for the official custom conference blog to clear it up.

Have you failed to notice inflation within our country? I'm VERY surprised that the game is still $59.99 to be honest.

This site is having a Q&A on Dynasty Mode right now if you guys want to ask these questions there.

Yea, I misread your initial post, so sorry -- but I agree with the other poster who mentioned two tabs. I believe that there is another tab for the other bowl games -- it seems only logical.

I think you should rest assured that the developers have thought about how changing BCS conference bigs would affect the other bowl games and made proper adjustments. I would at least hope they played a couple years of their own dynasty mode to see if the bowl bids were messed up. lol

Honestly not that shocked. What companies nowadays don't charge for extra game content? 3 bucks or 240 points won't break me.

Read that in the blog...I'm disappointed. But I bet there'll be a lot of people that will pay for those features, probably including myself.

Ugh. I'm getting bummed more and more. I thought for sure another blog said you could edit players during dynasty but the Q&B just said you can't edit players or recruits in dynasty. That and custom conferences was what was making this a day 1 purchase for me.

Dang.

# 33 buckeye02 @ 05/23/11 02:36 PM
So you can upload your edited head coaches and coordinator's, but you have to upload them with a roster file. This is very good news.

I stopped reading after I saw about 20 No's. The guy wasn't very descriptive and I thoguht I heard that editting players was in but he said it wasnt?

# 35 Ziza9Noles94 @ 05/23/11 02:40 PM
Too bad we can't create rivalries based on the Q&A.

# 36 K0ZZ @ 05/23/11 02:43 PM
I'm really hoping that the Q&A isn't completely credible, way too many no's, it seems like all they did was add custom conferences and the carousel and absolutely nothing else, which would be a major disappointment. Especially with some features that could basically just be cut and pasted from Madden. Hype is going down fast, might just get Madden this year.

# 37 PaperBoyx703 @ 05/23/11 02:45 PM
There's alot of no's for some great dynasty questions.

# 38 DorianDonP @ 05/23/11 02:49 PM
Seems two people confirmed from the Q&B that you CANNOT edit all bowl tie-ins, which could make the post-season broken for a lot of people if they don't have the foresight to edit their conferences in accordance to their preferred bowl season.

Just the AQ's for BCS games.

Unfortunately only BCS games.

The question that got me most excited from the Q&A was this one:

1. Will coaches recruit to their style of play?

A: 1) Yes... more specifically they'll recruit to the style their playbook is set at. It's determined by the player "style" (ex. scrambler, pocket passer, etc.)

After last year, how can any one not be excited for this at least?

Feeling a certain way that IGN paid to spill the beans early on thursday. Also this is the same way everyone felt after finding out Carousel wasn't in last year. But ncaa 11 ended up being a good day anyway. So while I'm disappointed that IGN spilled the beans and we'll get blogs throughout the week with a little more in depth info. Overall happy what NCAA will be. So now I wait for my Teambuilder info hopefully going active in three weeks.
