OS Roundtable: Which NFL Team are you most excited about playing with in Madden NFL 12 Post-Draft?

Dustin Toms - Tennessee Titans.
This may be a homer pick, but I am more excited to play as the Titans than any other team in Madden 12. With the riskiest move in the NFL Draft, Tennessee took Jake Locker eighth overall. In Madden, Locker will have a terrible accuracy rating, but it'll be like having cover boy Peyton Hillis taking every snap. Plus with new linebackers in Akeem Ayers and Colin McCarthy, the defense could have a new look.

It's officially a fresh start in the Music City.

Fav real life team is the Bills. Excited to rebuild them in 'chise mode. Will play some online games with Bills and Giants. Wonder how Prince is going to be rated.

From the draft? I would say I wanna play with the Bucs, Saints, Steelers, or Lions.

I play with everybody. But I REALLY can't wait to see my Cowboys walk outta the Miller Lite Club.

Homer Pick: Indianapolis Colts
I'm excited about the new additions to the OL and I like Delone Carter, the RB we drafted. Now with the OL maybe I can have a solid running attack to go along with Manning's passing atack.
Other teams I'm interested in using
Kansas City Chiefs
Jamaal Charles in the backfield, Dwayne Bowe and Jon Baldwin split out at receiver, Tony Moeaki at TE, and Dexter McCluster in the slot. A ton of offensive weapons. Brandon Flowers, Eric Berry, and Tamba Hali are anchors on defense.
Cleveland Browns
I really like this team. Colt McCoy is a good QB for the type of offense I use, Peyton Hillis is a beast, Greg Little will be a good WR and the left side of the OL is great. The defense will be improved too with Athyba Rubin and Phil Taylor in the middle and Jabaal Sheard on the outside. Jow Haden is a very good CB too and Josh Cribbs is a weapon as a KR.
Arizona Cardinals
Beanie Wells and Ryan Williams are a good 1-2 punch at RB, Larry Fitzgerald is a stud and there are some other young receivers for the Cardinals that I like. Rob Housler is the athletic TE that Arizona needs. The DL is very good and it will be hard to pass on them with Patrick Peterson and DRC at CB.

Same here as a Dallas fan. Yes, they've been a disapointment as of late IRL, but that doesn't translate in Madden. Across the board, they're still a pretty complete team. I imagine the secondary will take some rating drops prior to M12 releasing though. For the offense, Romo will be likely be in the mid to high 80's, Witten in the low 90's, Dez & Miles low to mid 80's, and we have a capable RB group.

My Redskins of course! Probably try Detriot...Carolina...and Cleveland...don't know why but I love under-rated teams

I only use two teams My Titans and Eagles, been using them for years, Titans as a homer pick, and Eagles as a team I always watched and liked for years. Before there was vick, jackson maclin, I liked them when there was McNabb, westbrook, and throwing to sorry receivers Todd Pinkston, James Thrash and Freddie Mitchell. So i'm not another bandwagon fan who just wants to run around with Vick. True life fans of both teams. Check the 1st two words on my profile name lol

The Redskins. They finally had a solid draft this season. I can't wait to see what Leonard Hankerson is rated. I actually drafted him last year in Madden 11 to my Skins and had him starting after the preseason because he played so well. Hope the same happens in real life.

I'm a huge Panthers fan as well, and I thought our draft was awful. The only player who I see still playing at his position on our team in 3 years is the DT McClain that we took in the 3rd round. Cam Newton might just end up being an excellent TE one day though. Crosses fingers that we're bad enough this year for this:
With the first pick of the 2012 NFL Draft, the Carolina Panthers select...
ANDREW LUCK

My 49'ers have stunk for years, but I have a good feeling about what Harbaugh can do with Colin Kaepernick. So I'm looking forward to running him out on the virtual gridiron asap, but hopefully that's long before he'll be thrown to the Wolves irl.

@Chris Sanner - Roddy White is that Jerry Rice weapon. Jolio Jones is his Dwight Clark or John Taylor.

Starting a chise with the Chiefs, objective number 1 find a replacement for Matt Cassell. Thinking of tanking it the first season and drafting Andrew Luck.

If I get the game it will be my Lions and that awesome front 4. But if I see suction blocking or tackling I will not buy it. If I see LB's with more hops than Blake Griffin, I won't get it. If people are allowed to sprint and pass on a regular basis........ no buy. In other words, gameplay means everything.

its gotta be the falcons for me. julio jones, roddy, the burner, tony g, it just goes on and on. that offense is gonna be ridiculous

I got 2 teams that I stick with through thick and thin...
1) Eagles - Im worried about our D Line and LB crew. LOVE the pick of S Jaiquawn Jarett. He will prove to be the hardest hitting DB out of the draft. We finally replaced Brian Dawkins....as much as you can possibly replace him at least.lol. And the Offense is solid. Playmakers all over the field.

2)Tampa Bay Bucs - Our Defensive Line has been bolstered and then we have a guy who could be Brilliant or Bust ( Bowers ). I love the pound it game from Blount and Cadillac and Josh Freeman is an amazing young QB...Ben Rothlisberger esque I would say. Prolly my fav team to play with because I love an underdog.

# 40 CJTHA1 @ 05/05/11 06:41 PM
Well the Cowboys of course cuz they r my team. Since i do play with other teams, im looking forward to play as the Lions, Raiders, Rams, and the 49ers, Never thought i would say that im looking forward to play as ne of those teams but i am this year.
