But he's far more of a media presence than Charles.

AND he's been a monster far longer than Charles. Jamaal is good, but MJD is GOOD.

KC does have a pretty strong fan base. I think MJD is more popular and definitely more of a media presence but, I think the stronger fan base could be getting the best of MJD.

That's just my guess though.

I'll be pulling Hillis as he is probably the most unlikely.

I have to disagree. PETAs whole reason for existing is to fight animal cruelty. While I don't agree with a lot of their protests (they wanted the Packers to change their nickname because they are named after a meat packing co.), I can understand them being against a Vick cover. Let's face it, he deliberately tortured animals for money and entertainment.

Whether or not fans have moved on and want Vick on the cover, PETA is basically obligated to protest because that's what the organizations supporters demand.

I'm sure EA really doesn't mind. The Vick issue has probably gotten more people caring who is on the cover than anything else could have.

Vick has served his time personally and professionally. PETA is well within their right to protest but it's not reasonable to request he be removed from voting, so it makes them look stupid and the resulting ridicule and skepticism of their relevance is well deserved.

They just know they can't get enough people against it to outvote supporters, so this is the route they've taken. If Vick loses to Rodgers or someone, I you can be sure they'll be the first ones to take credit though.
