NBA 2K11 Patch Version 1.1 Available Now, Details Included (PS3)

NBA 2K11 patch version 1.1 is available now for the PS3, check out the details.

	"Hey guys, As many of you that booted up your PS3 this morning discovered, there is a new patch for NBA 2K11. This patch is to help address a couple online stability issues exclusively and does not touch anything else. We wanted to get this out there as soon as we could to see if we could knock them out so this patch was submitted much earlier in the process than usual and greenlit for immediate release (explaining why it's not available for 360 yet). There will be the normal "kitchen sink" patch that will deal with much of your contributed feedback to Gameplay, My Player, etc. in the usual late November / early December timeline for the 360/PS3/PC. Let me repeat that nothing was changed in the patch that went up today that you will outwardly notice except maybe improvement to overall matchmaking. Do me a favor and keep me posted on Twitter (http://www.twitter.com/Ronnie2K) how online is the next few days! The 360 patch will hit in the coming days. I will try to get a better timeline. Thanks! Out of date in what way? Different from your local roster? Yeah, you have to use the online rosters to play online. And those should be updated regularly by 2K...

Agreed with banski....associtaion is still playable but those problems are annoyin cept I have no problem with pgs scoring...my big problem is for some reason I have to sign out of my gamertag sign in under my girls name and reboot the game sign my girls out sign my back in or the game freezes on the loadin screen afer u press start very frickkkin annoyin

My game freezes after 1st QTr as well, playing Bobcats away. Don�t know if it`s the patch or not.
Happened 3 times straight now. WTF?

Is NBA Today working for anyone? After like the first week, I haven't gotten anything from the NBA Today feature. No games show up. There isn't even a ticker during any of the games.

The problem im having is i can play one game fine no problem. (though i dont see nba today). When the online game is over and i get back to he main menu i see nba today and retrieve living roster. It will not retrieve roster and i when i select ranked it says since the roster im using is not verified by the server, fewer matches will be available. So while its waiting for opponent, if i press circle to abort, the game will freeze everytime. If i do connect, i have the rosters thw game shipped with.

Only way to combat this is to quit 2k11 after every game and start over. I connect easily then with no probs. So im currently just trying to redownload the update and see if it helps. If not wtf lol

Then they would be wrong. :P All I was saying was that sometimes it's awesome and sometimes you have to make a HUGE adjustment. By the time I figure out which one it will be, my guys are already cold and I'm out of rhythm.

NBA Today is not working properly, you can play NBA Today games, but commentary, records, stats, etc are working properly during NBA Today games like it should.

Honestly I no the patch didn't fix any gameplay and that's fine but as far as what they did to the online was weird they took away much of the lag problems yes but at the end of the day they made it worse because now you can only play 1 ranked game in a row the next time u won't be able to get a opponent then when you try to abort your game freezes also when you try to play with living rosters on a regular exhibition you play wit the games imported rosters not the current ones!!!!! Like come on dude mikes on the cover and he deserves perfection if you ask me online has potential but you guys gotta put it all together and make it happen let's gooooo!

They fixed most of these things at about 4am this morning. Non of the problems i had exist anymore. Im back to connecting to games easily with current rosters and no lag. And the correct nba today shows up right away. Havent played an nba today game yet though.
Just keep it stable 2k, dont tweak anything else online LOL

I just contacted 2k Sports on an issue with my game freezing during game play. I was told that the first patch was related to online issues but not other issues. The guy didn't seem too confident either. I was also told that another patch was coming either this month or December to fix overall issues with gameplay for both online and offline. Well I hope this patch works. If anyone else is having issues, I would just contact 2k Sports directly and ask them and tell them the problems you're having to get better insight on whats going to fix these issues. Right now I'm F Fing pissed because I have to wait for a patch that might do anything like the first.

All my Jordan challenges freezes up. Myplayer mode freezes up. This sucks. No more 2k games for me.
